If you’re thinking about buying into this condo building, do yourself a favour - don’t. Poorly constructed, so many issues even though it’s barely 6 months old. It’s obvious the developers have cut corners wherever they can in this building. Paper thin insulation between floors so you will literally hear every footstep your neighbours take, issues with plumbing, low quality fit and finishing, tiny parking spaces, zero EV charging, insane strata fees, and to top it off, terrible building management that are next to useless. And for the privilege of all this, you get to pay (as seen recently) $700k+ for a 2 bedroom. It’s insanity. Pour your money into something else built by a better developer, and save yourself (or your future tenants) a world of headaches.

This is the most poorly managed building I have ever been in. It is never cleaned, the gym has dirt and dust from months of use, there is a sign in sheet that is full of names back and front…no updated sheets. Visitor parking is regularly towed with no warning even if you have a visitor pass displayed, there are also no rules of the parking posted anywhere. The floors are so thin you hear everything that goes on in the unit above. There are 3 smoke detectors installed mere feet from the stove/oven, they go off just with the heat of cooking. Between 5-7pm you can hear smoke detectors going off all around you. If you are considering buying or renting I would seriously advise you to look elsewhere.
