I had bent frames from another merchant and walked in asking if someone could help me! Meaghan fixed my glasses with no charge and was so pleasant! Every time I’ve visited this location I’m greeted with respect and care! I drove an hour to come here because the local place in my community was going to charge to fix frames they didn’t sell me!Thank you Meaghan!

Had a problem with my 2 year old glasses. The wire that goes under the lens broke. Called LensCrafters first thing in the morning, Megan said to bring them in. She fixed them within 5 min. Straightened them cuz 2 years of use made them a bit crooked. She handed them back to me…”no charge”. Thank you Lenscrafter London. I was going to be in a real situation if you couldn’t fix them. Top notch Service!!

I made arrangements to come to LensCrafters in the early evening. The staff had put together a container with relevant items for a second pair of glasses. I was able to complete the purchase fairly quickly.Friendly and professional staff. Took ownership of my request and offered reasonable suggestions. Excellent experience.

Great help with my choice and perception lenses. They sat with me put in my order took all the proper measurements and submitted to my insurance. Everyone was friendly and customer service was top notch.

We needed to get our glasses adjusted. We were at the mall and stopped in to see if LensCrafters could help, and they did! We didn't even get our glasses here and they didn't hesitate to help out and get us seeing straight again!Service was speedy and everyone was super friendly. Thanks for the great service!

I went in for a refitting today and was immediately greeted at the entrance and asked if I needed assistance. I was expecting to be a bit rushed out as the store seemed pretty busy but Amanda was the technician that helped me and she was so patient and helpful to make sure I was happy with how my glasses were sitting on my face. The entire staff was so kind and she made my experience such a breeze. Great lenscrafters location compared to other ones I have visited!

I was on the phone with Marissa asking about glasses repair, since I got my glasses at a different location. She was super patient and enthusiastic on the phone, I was weirdly excited to come in for just a repair! Once I came in, they fixed more than what I needed--they made sure to tighten the arms of my glasses and fix the nose pads as well. Amazing service, and thanks for the help, LensCrafters!
