Moving is a very stressful and unpleasant necessity most of have to go through every few years. Redpath and the entire crew that moved us made the normally unpleasant task of moving the actual furniture the easiest part of moving. They were very pleasant, fast, and professional and I will definitely use Redpath again and would recommend them to anyone.

I feel really compelled to write a review. We worked with Josie who was fantastic!We had a total of 7 estimates. Josie was the only person who wound up giving us an accurate estimate. She was within 300lbs while every other moving company was over by at least 3,000lbs. We knew that the estimates were over inflated because we've moved several times. There were no games from Josie...she just gave us her assessment which wound up being pretty darn spot on!Second, she was the only coordinator that thought outside the box. (Pun not intended). She gave us an option of a traditional move or a snap move. There were no other moving companies that offered this, even though they were possible through their bigger partner United/Mayflower. It saved us a few thousand dollars. Also importantly, it was just a breath of fresh air to work with someone that was actually trying to be a partner with us vs. trying to rake us over the coals. We move fairly frequently, and if we move back to BC, we will definitely be working with Josie!Lastly, like with all big cross border moves, there were a couple of hiccups. This happens no matter who you use and we've moved enough to know this fact. I think what's important is how moving companies handle the hiccups more than anything. Josie and Redpath moved through each obstacle with integrity and made sure the customer has made whole and happy. If you're looking for a move with no hiccups, I recommend you not move at all. That's just the reality of big, long distance moves. But, if you're looking for a partner to work through the process with, go with Redpath!Thank you, Josie! You went above and beyond.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Josie the sales contact is so helpful, honest & efficient. She’s quick to respond to any changes & friendly at the same time. On the day, the guys showed up early (wow!) they were super professional, took great care of our items & everything was super relaxed &stress free. Would definitely recommend redpath, they are brilliant!

Efficient, friendly, and responsive - they did a great job of relocating our lab equipment between buildings at UBC. They managed to do the job quickly even with fresh snow! I'd definitely enlist their services again.

I have used Redpath for a couple moves now and their whole team are professional and pleasant to deal with. The movers we had on our most recent move from Surrey to Kelowna were on time and never once grumbled about even the heaviest of items. They were careful with our items and wrapped the furniture well to ensure it was safe in transit. They are fairly priced and the quality of movers you get is great! I would book them again for sure.

I recently used the services of RedPath Relocations -- they were absolutely phenomenal -- client service was excellent and prompt -- the guys assigned to the work were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I used the company to set up a storage bed with 12 drawers, i am normally good at putting furniture together but this one was complex, came in 7 boxes etc. The guys did the job in no time, they were extremely efficient. I would never hesitate using or recommending Red Path Relocations for your move/relocation, assembly, etc. They are the absolute best.

This was not the first company we requested a quote from. We had been given what we thought was an outrageous quote for a two bedroom move, so we decided to shop around. I’m so glad we did!From the initial quote by Josie to the final move in day, every person we interacted with at Redpath Relocations was professional, friendly and courteous. Josie provided an accurate quote (hours less than a different company) for a difficult move, and the guys were friendly and so fast. On more than one occasion, they asked if they could help with virtually anything we happened to be carrying at the time (including our suitcases up to our car), and that was after they finished carrying our heaviest stuff up 2.5 flights of stairs.The move went smoothly and faster than estimated but not without minor issues. They literally carried tons of stuff, so we kind of expected minor damage to our less valuable objects. (They carefully wrapped our expensive and breakable stuff) In the end, Josie and team made it right.All in all, I would highly recommend Redpath Relocations.
