The worst doctor and staff that I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Was referred by my family physician but I will definitely ask for another opinion. They never answer the phone or voicemails and the doc himself just goes through the motions of doing the bare minimum. I've had two MRIs due to an injury a few years back and have constant headaches but according to this guy, everything is fine.I'm definitely filing a complaint as this guy should not be practicing. I urge you all to do the same.

Israelian is not a bad doctor per se even if the secretary at the front is the most inappropriate and awful professional I ever seen.I beg her for a visit over a month ago and still did not get not even a date!!For any neurological problem please go to Western toronto hospital, use emergency if you don't get anAppointmentsI have been accepted urgently for surgery

Dr Israelian took the time to looked into my problems unlike other specialists who told me to get used to what ever (they said) i think i had. He referred me to a neuro surgeon DR Rosso who told me that my visit to him may have, in the long run, safe my life.So thank you mr Israelian.Pierre

I don’t have words to say except for a huge thanks.Dr. Israelian’s service was outstanding right from the point he received us till the end of the visit. He did the best he can for us by making necessary recommendations and referrals that he felt is needed. His experience, patience and care is amazingI have seen a number of doctors all around the GTA but I have not met someone as excellent as him.By the way it was truly worth the wait :)

They are wonderful people who care about all patients. We are lucky to have them in our community. U have been going to them for over 10;years

My mother went to Dr Isrelian's office for an EMG a year back and she is still waiting for the report. She was informed at that time that her report will be forwarded to her Family Physician but now the doctor's office is neither communicating with the family physician nor us. When called she was informed that they cannot locate my mothers file. In this past year my mother's illness has been getting worse and if she sustains any permanent disability we will definitely be suing. very poor staff and health record maintenance.

Dr. Isralian is Amazing!! He saved my eye sight. I went in for severe headache and it wasn't just a regular headache I was diagnosed with iih idiopathic intracranial hypertension. I never knew I had it. I was always getting treated for a regular headache in oakville hospital But then I decided to go to credit valley instead of oakville hospital cause it was not normal to have severe headaches like that I wanted to get another opinion. So when I went to credit valley that's when I met Dr isralian and I nearly went blind soo I'm super grateful. He always makes the time to see you and takes his time to make sure his patients get the best treatment.Thank you Dr isralian for saving my eyes!

My doctor's office sent my request form to Dr Israelian's office on October 4th, and since then I've been waiting for the appointment date (it has been 40 days). During this period my family doctor's office resent the request several times and I called their office and left a message twice, and nobody returned my calls until I canceled my request with them.Dr Israelian might be a good doctor but their staff is very unprofessional! I just wasted my time to waiting for them to give me an appointment date. This is a health issue and our health is not supposed to be in a receptionist's hands!

Dr Israelian is very friendly and helpful and has a lot of patience. He took his time to exam me and explain my conditions as well as my treatment. I had a great visit. Thank you so much.
