The owner was very warm and cordial she accommodated my item and wrapped it by herself for shipment by UPS. I never expected that she did an extra mile. Her shop is clean, items are well labelled and lots of room to move around. And I love the plants and the small cosy sofa where you can sit while waiting. Excellent customer service!

Came here because I dropped my Samsung phone, it cracked/bend my phone and of course shattered my screen to the point where 3/4 of my screen wasn't lighting up. I thought it was done for and debated on trying to change the screen myself just so I could get the information off of it. I'm glad I came here instead, the lady there was nice, repaired my phone and helped me with my follow up concerns. Thank you!

Do not take your phone here to get repaired. I had my screen replaced on my iPhone 11 Pro. Then 1.5 months later the screen stopped working. I had to get it replaced again when I was out of town for work. I brought the screen back with me and she told me that the defective screen was not from her store. Very rude individual. Constantly tried to speak above me. What a waste of 200 dollars. STAND BEHIND YOUR WARRANTY AND PRODUCT. This place is a joke

I had an amazing experience at MobileCare with the associate. I have an older model cell and the battery had broken and they did have the replacement there and I explained that I had to go to work and he put it in right away. Unfortunately my funds was not enough to cover the full cost and he called the owner and the made an exception for me and gave me a little discount as my father has recently passing away and my mom is out of town and had no one to help me out right away. I had an amazing experience in mobil care! not only was the staff kind, professional, and knowledgeable, but the prices we're also very reasonable. I had taken my iPhone XS max because the screen was broken, once I got it back my phone was as good as new, you couldn't tell it was broken at all! Will definitely be coming back and recommending a bunch of my friends to come and check this place out!
