Top notch service and an absolutely amazing job. I highly recommend dealing with Sam. In all the years we've had our furnace and ducts cleaned by the other guys" we've never had an experience where the operator took his time to show us how our heating and ventilation system looked and operated after the job. Sam explained every step of the way. He identified extra issues we had with the house that were outside of furnace cleaning scope which will improve the heating system. The house is left clean even though we had really really dirty furnace. Sam is very professional and knowledgeable. We recommend him!!!

Sam provides an excellent service in both carpets and vent cleaning. Great customer service and quick response time. We had carpets cleaned when moving into new home and then vents and furnace cleaned at a later date. Sam is really easy to contact and he was very flexible with his availability. Highly recommend using him.

Recently had SAM's (Samir) do a furnace clean of my house. He was here in the summer but between camping, notice arrival by land lord. And him showing up I turned him away then. Skip ahead to November my heat was inconsistent so I call my maintenance office they had Samir return. He did an inspection of my basement vents, swapped out my filter and got to work. Truck Vacuum on one end, them came around blew air in heating vents. Afterwards patched up vents that had holes or were loose. Even tried to troubleshoot the furnace when it failed to restart, calling in the company that my landlord contracts for help ( turned out my termostat died.) Samir to my surprise showed up the next morning to check on how things turned out.I give 4/5 stars, not of any fault of Sam's but to encourage room for improvement and education of readership.Pictures shown is Sam's patchwork of a loose vent into my kitchen that I could view my basement from... And what was a wood a packaging taped hole in my main furnace vent that now is sealed.

Sam was great from start to finish today. Clear communication, on time, friendly, carefully explained everything he was doing, went above and beyond and, most importantly, did a great job! Highly recommended.
