This store is a JOKE! My husband and I finally stopped going after thinking it would get better that is the evening service. The coffee is beyond bad!! And from time to time they would get our food order right.i wish there was a way to make it better! Oh and we started going over to the one in Georgian Mall in Barrie .what a difference! The coffee is amazing! Thanks

Worse service by employee name lachi. I got french vanilla, she gave me french vanilla which all over outside the cup when i asked for new cup she throw the cup at me.

I guess this is Timmy's idea of a large wedges. This is the way it was handed to us in the drive through. I hate to see what a small one would be.

I can only give this location 3 stars because they are more interested in their drive thru rather then those entering. Also, there is a particular young man that is too busy paying attention to the young women at the drive thru that he will literally ignore you part way through placing your order and then gives my total before I’m even done ordering and continues paying attention to the girls. Come on guys. The drive thru is NOT more important, people without cars need service too. There is the occasional good worker that is earning this location any stars at all to be honest.

The Timbits were old - way too old to sell. They also didn't have one of the basic flavours and the person at the counter just seemed confused in general. Well, that's ruined me on Timbits for the next while. Tim Hortons is hopeless these days.

I just went to this location an hour ago. I was only person for walk-in. One of the girl with two pony tails - I think she was baker, came to the counter and didn't say a word and looked into my eyes. So I went to counter and order a tea and again she didn't say a word. Then she went to make my tea. She added cream, sugar and poured tea in it and closed the lid and went to her co-worker to talk and I was just waiting there. After some time she came to the counter and gave me the tea and I had to ask her if she can stir it for me!! She opened the lid, stirred it and just handed it to me and again she didn't speak a word.One of the worst customer service I ever received.
