Jeff and his crew were AMAZING to us! We had been screwed over by a previous roofer and Jeff was able to stop by and give me a quote the same day I called. He and his team were so kind to fit us in between their next job. The guys working for him were so considerate of our property (we have a pool and they always cleaned it each day). We also had a previous racoon issue where they were ripping up our shingles by climbing up one of our trees. The guys were more than kind enough to offer to cut down and dispose of the tree that the racoons were using to get onto our roof!!I would recommend Aok Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof :)

Upon the recommendation of a neighbour I contacted Aok for a service call to install a roof vent for my kitchen vent fan. Jeff responded to my request in a very timely fashion and reprioritized my request when my plans changed. His installation was done with precision and care to ensure proper function and durability. He was efficient, thorough, personable and twice turned his eye and hands to correct maintenance issues that I hadn't noticed. He spoke from years of experience and explained the importance of each step in his installation process. He was not aware that I've built custom homes from the ground up. He gained my fullest respect for the work he performed and the manner in which he conducted himself. Not just a job but a family tradition conducted with pride. My highest recommendation.

We used Aok to replace our old shingles and had used them once before to repair a few shingles that had blown off in the wind. We are very happy with the work they did. Our new shingles look great. The roofers were really nice and did a great job cleaning up after as well. We would recommend them to anyone that needs to replace their old shingles.

We had a shingle come off our roof in recent wind and, in the research we did when we were looking to get it repaired, we spoke to Jeff, owner of Aok Roofing. He came to look but several factors suggested a better result would be to replace the whole thing and it was excellent advice. I'm a big fan of word-of-mouth advertising and will tell anyone who'll listen - this is the company to hire for your roofing needs. Jeff and his team are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and if you hadn't heard the work being done in the first place, you'd never know anything had happened by looking at our yard. If you're in the market for a great contractor and are doing the same research for your property that we did for ours, this is absolutely a company to strongly consider. We're thrilled with the result and highly recommend them!

Excellent Company to deal with, very knowledgeable, price was extremely competitive, no sales pressure and work was completed ahead of schedule.When Jeff came out to give me a quote, he pointed out a few issues with the existing roof regarding the location of vents, type of valley based on pitch differences, a low spot I had on the side of the roof and issues with my eavestroughs not being tight to the roof. I had 4 other quotes done and none of the Companies pointed out any of those issues.Aok Roofing put a new roof on both my house and garage and fixed all of the issues mentioned above. The Crew was very polite, hard working and did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards. Awesome job guys, my roof looks fantastic...thanks!I would highly recommend Aok Roofing.

I just got home from work to see the phenomenal job A OK did replacing the back roof on my home! To say I am impressed is an understatement. As any savvy consumer would do, I had reached out to several roofing companies for estimates on the job and was most impressed with A OK. Jeffrey was here within a day of requesting the estimate to leave me a quote, and came back to answer all my questions and address my concerns after another company had provided a much more expensive estimate for the same job. Jeffrey was honest and upfront about exactly what needed to be done now, and reconfirmed every issue and concern the more expensive roofer had brought up. He made colour recommendations, left me with a sample of the product, and told me of other properties in my area that they had done so I could drive by and see how it looked on a full roof. After accepting the estimate he even came by one afternoon to temporarily patch an area where some shingles had blown off in a storm, just to ensure that everything was safe and sound until the full replacement could be completed - incredible customer service! He was attentive and quick to respond to my e-mails and text messages, and always made sure every question was answered to my satisfaction. The crew were friendly, courteous, and left the worksite absolutely immaculate; honestly the only evidence that anyone has been here is the beautiful new roof.I cannot stop you from getting quotes from other companies for your roofing needs since, like me, you’ll feel the need to make sure you’ve explored all your options and made an informed decision. But I can assure you that you cannot go wrong with A OK and would save yourself a lot of time and decision making if you just choose them from the start. Just read the other reviews on this site and I know you’ll feel confident in your decision. I highly recommend Jeffrey and his A OK team and look forward to working with them again when it’s time to replace the rest of my roof, along with any other renovation projects in the future.

They did work on my street and the employees were rude to people living on the street, parked in a no parking zone, and heckled people who were attempting to get between their vehicles. I will never hire this company if this is the type of service they provide.

Witnessed some very unprofessional behaviour from AOK staff yesterday, screaming in the street, swearing and threatening neighbours of their customer because AOK had blocked the street and multiple private driveways. I wouldn't want to do business with a company that holds themselves to such a low standard of professionalism.
