Advance Opticians

We went to Advance Opticians and a lady help us for glasses. Her name is Joan. She is very nice, friendly and patient. We are happy that she provided and informed us about frame and glasses. She is very knowledgeable. The store has many staff to help other customers, and Joan very patiently help us choose the frame and glasses without rushing us. She can accommodate us for the pickup time we prefer.We don't have to wait in order to talk to the staff. They are ready for it.The store has many glasses and frames selection. We really recommend this store.

A waste of my time. At first, I was told it takes one week to get the contact lenses, I have told them I have to travel back to China in two weeks and have the wedding banquet for this so that I do have limited time. Then I have to wait for almost two weeks because it get delayed.Today I went there and they couldn’t teach me how to wear the contacts because they are busy. Then I asked if I can get it and practise myself, they refused. I understand the regulation, but I’m so out of time because of you.You asked me to come back on Monday, which is one day before I leave, but you don’t book the appointment for me. After waiting for so long time, it seems really hard to trust you. What if I come and you are busy for this again? Such a waste of time! Not recommended. My wedding could be ruined because of this!

Advance Opticians have been in business more than 19 years as of the year 2023.All the staff are very professional & caring people. They really make sure to make your prescription glasses fit perfectly on the bridge of your nose. These glasses are expensive. It is best if you have some company insurance. If you have to pay out of pocket please do not go & visit them and waste their precious time. They are extremely busy always.Thanks!Have a great day!Marie Fernando.

My wife and I have been coming here for over 10+ years now. During that time we have recommended Alex to our friends who are now customers.Alex and his team are courteous and professional. And if you need a tennis or badminton racquet, then you are in luck because Alex is a certified" racquet stringer.Too bad that the Sam Woo restaurant changed hands.....I used to always get some BBQ pork and other foods after visiting here.A++ experience all the way here."

Exceptional leadership and customer service at Advance Opticians! I was interested in particular eyeglass frames and called them on Monday to ask if they have them. They said yes. The next day I went in and was greeted by Jessie whom I told that I called the previous day asking about particular eyeglasses. She knew what I was talking about even tho it wasn’t her I spoke to over the phone the day before. Yay for amazing communication skills between colleagues. Jessie brought out the frames, I tried them on, showed her my prescription and we got everything done. I mentioned to her I’m travelling in 2 weeks and will be out of the country for 2 months and she put a rush stamp on my order. She also processed everything with my insurance and gave me a follow up call. I’m excited to pick up my eyeglasses next week! Thank you Advance Opticians for your knowledge and kindness. Jessie made sure the eyeglasses were adjusted to fit my face perfectly and as per photos attached you can see they did a phenomenal job! :)
