Hearing about the how the employees are being treated really irks me. Nobody should worry about how they're going to afford food. And they shouldn't be letting these poor employees work alone on their shifts! Somebody could rob them, so easily! Pathetic showing from PetValu. I'm a glace bay resident, but im thinking the trip into Sydney might be worth it to shop elsewhere...

Went to purchase kitten food for our new kitten, staff was very knowledgeable and without any hesitation, offered a very generous discount. They didn't have to do that, but they did, and even remembered our kittens name.

Great new pet store opened in Glace Bay at the Sterling Mall. Complete line of all of the best dry and raw food for our Bulldog. Also with in-store wash station and complementary drying towel and treat. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Let's support this new store Glace Bay!

I previously gave this store 5 stars for its excellent service and helpful, knowledgeable staff, but then I heard how all of their hours got cut. Poor young people today can't even make a living. Terrible! The staff deserve better. Shame on you PetValu, you'll see me shopping elsewhere.

This store and the staff are amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Along with the added convenience of having a pet store in town it is staffed with the best employees! They know every customer and pet and are excited to see them! It’s always a pleasure to shop here!
