The best of the best counterpeople work here. I do a fair amount of business with many stores like Timmins PartSource. Their staff are knowlegeable and helpful to me always. For quality aftermarket parts this need be your only call.

These guys are amazing. I needed to get parts to a friend in a Northern Community, and Doug's service was unmatched. Even though we are 800km away, he made it seem as if I was right in the store with him.Thanks again for the amazing service!

Very very very helpful staff! I have called this place just to reference parts without any intent on a purchase but they were more than happy to help! Tons of great parts. Friendly atmosphere. Favourite parts shop in town by far.

Tried to rent a multi purpose puller. As I inspected it, the main bolt had first five or six threads missing and striped and some other bolts were bent. he flat out ignored me when I mentioned it and then said if you break it you own it. I decided to grab a new one off the shelf, but it had a huge piece missing and was visibly deflective. Joe said if it broke he would not warranty or exchange. He also ignored some questions I had and just stared at his computer leaving a total awkward silence more then once. It's a shame that management offered little help.
