Sold me an empty cologne bottle and refused to take it back.

Went to this Shoppers on my lunch break today. The absolute worst customer service I have encountered in quite some time. Went to the cashier to pay for my cart full of items and her response was cash or card. Upon saying card I was directed to go to the self serve cash out and do it myself. They have next to no room for a cart full of items when trying to scan. They fall all over and she stands at her till watching it all happen. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be back.

Worst shoppers drug mart experience i have ever had! Walked in the store earlier and my mask was in my hand about to put it on, then one of the employees (He/she/they)comes up to me in a very rude manner asked to put my mask on with attitude, i told him sure im about to, then (he/she/they)followed me asking me to leave the store without verifying wether i put it on or not and raised his voice impulsively.

Harmful and toxic work environment this is the Worst shoppers drug mart I have ever worked for the management and staff teams here are nothing more then a joke if your looking For a job don’t bother wasting your time working at this place is definitely not worth it you will feel like your getting treated like dirt garbage and you’re worthless all the time I honestly can’t believe how this place is still in business I Cannot wait until the lrt starts running past and people start skipping by city centre and the worst store of all time there are plenty of other retailers and malls in the city that I’m more then happy to support
