Fantastic shoe store, a large selection of slippers which was what I was looking for! Bought my husband Dr Marten dress shoes for work as well. First time here and will definitely return for future shoe shopping. The lady who helped us was really nice and helpful.

Came in shopping for winter boots for my kids. Great selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The girl working in the store, her name was Summer I think, was great with my kids. Super friendly, and even played with my son while he ran around the store doing laps trying on his winter boots. Took the time to size the kids up properly, look up stock of boots that they didn’t have in stock, and offer up suggestions of several boots that would suit her style. Very helpful from start to finish.

Purchased a pair of Dr Martens from their Black Friday sale that shipped from Brantford, and I cannot be happier with the experience and service I received! Despite being probably super busy and in the midst of a pandemic, my order arrived Tuesday morning after Black Friday! I got my Dr Martens for such an amazing and low price that I’ve ever seen (I’ve been stalking sales for these boots for months!) Overall, I could not be happier with my purchase and the boots I got are stunning as well, thank you!

I really want to like this store because it's a good location and staff seem friendly, but the selection is terrible.I was able to find my son a pair of shoes but it was the last size 11 they had so I really had no selection. Went today to try and find my young daughter some shoes and they had absolutely nothing in her size. Very frustrating.

Unfortunately I was a repeat customer who will not return because the customer service was appalling and the way it was handled by management was unacceptable.I hope that all who were involved are held accountable for their actions. In a service industry, service matters.My suggestion to manager Marissa would be to, minimally make a customer feel heard when they go out of their way to inform you of staff issues. I strongly suspect no points were taken away from a loyalCustomer who took the time to share their experience and that falls on you.

Absolutely love my new wanderlust slippers from Tootsies Brantford. Even though we are in lockdown the sales rep Marissa was extremely helpful on the phone as I had been looking things up online and couldn't make a decision. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable which made me decision very easy! Will definitely be going back to the store when it opens back up and hopefully Marissa will be there to help me :)
