This bank is the most horrible bank I have ever worked with. I have a problem that has lasted for 2 and a half years because of ignorance, bad employees, and just random mistakes. Ordered a card and didn't get it for 2 months now even though I asked them for a rush card 2 weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. Had to reapply for my card 5 times now and have to stay on a 4 hour call everytime I complain that my rush card hasn't come yet. They told me I would be able to pick it up when it came to the bank since it was easier than waiting for it in the mail but 6 days later they said it would come in the mail even though the last 4 didn't. I wasted 1 hour because an employee didn't know what a rush card was. Horrible customer service and I would expect more from a bank like this.

Your richer than you think, turns out it was true cause I went in to withdraw some money cause I needed KFC and I thought I had like only $25 but I had actually $30.

2 people working. On a Saturday. While it’s the only branch open in the city. Really? Just pathetic honestly. I’ve seen more employees, at a small td branch, on a Sunday. Biggest branch in the city, on one of the busiest days. And you have 2 people working. 2. Genuinely no excuse for that. Can’t even claim you don’t have enough staff, you have two other branches in the city that aren’t even open today. Could’ve borrowed staff from one of them.

I went to this place on January 30th, I got good service from them, special thanks to Mr Gourav who really did great job with his positive and supportive nature.

Penny is really rude and condescending. She doesn’t listen to clients and hear what they have to say. I think she would benefit on taking a class on customer care.

Worst bank I have delt with in my life they waste ur time and then charge u for it through service charges the bank machine does not dispense cash! eveytime I go the withdrawal is currently unavailable! PUT UP A SIGN SAYING ITS UNAVAILABLE I'm sitting in the drive through and standing in line all 3 machines are CURRENTLY AVAILABLE to dispense cash! If I can't take cash out then ur are not a bank! Why am I paying service charges for!

Came in 5 mins before closing and had the lovely staff stay 20 mins past their shift to help us do our last minute banking, where they could have had us come back another day. Thank you so much! Great service

My Father-in-Law was in a bind and needed a Line of Credit for a property that was closing. With no luck using the national call centre, we attended the branch at Lynden Rd. hoping to speak to someone. We were waiting when Vanessa Vanderwoude walked by. She didn’t have much time before her next appointment, but she took us in and offered to help anyway. I can’t say enough about her. She walked us through every option knowing we had little time ourselves, worked quickly, and we came up with a solution. She was kind and caring to what we were going through and trying to do. If you need a financial advisor, she’s the one!
