I would like to thank the pharmacy team, specifically Bina and Jasminka for all of their attentiveness, kindness and great service they provided my father for the past 20 plus years. He passed away last month and he was always pleased with the service. I am now a customer of this pharmacy, for the past year, and will continue to be going forward. I recommended this pharmacy to my family and friends. Thank you.

The pharmacy staff seem to be okay but the Canada Post reps lack training and customer service; particularly an old woman with a cheesy English accent named Margurite. She’s terrible! Rude, condescending, dismissive, and lies to the customer because she’s lazy and doesn’t want to do her job. Won’t be going back!

Had a bad knee procedure and called Beena at Pecketts PharmacyDelt with Beena for years @ Pecketts and called her after being in Severe painShe was amazing, stayed on the line while I checked my medicine cabinet and she was dead on suggesting the right meds!!!!!

Such a horrible place. Place i would never go back to. They embrass patients wand have low skilled language speaking skills. But great postal office makes people want to go back

This pharmacy provided meds supplies which doesn’t match the number on the bottles for 3 times for my father , caused my father short meds supply’s for 20 days and they blamed on my father for losing pills, till We show them them the evidence and proof to show how they miss given us meds, they can’t not be trusted!

These pharmacists get to know your needs and go far above and beyond every day!! We have never had a bad experience with these wonderful people and are extremely grateful for them!!

I just left Pecketts pharmacy and dealt with MADRY. We usually deal with VEENA. MADRY was extremely RUDE to us for no reason. She lacks training and proper customer service skills. Do not recommend coming to this pharmacy when VEENA is not there.
