I came all the way from Ottawa to grab a pair of their Mukluks. Amazing clean store with very nice offerings. And ladies the washrooms are damn clean! Will definitely stop again.

Id like to thank Ibrahim and mr.burns for their amazing out of the way service. I had miscalculated my gas left and ran out on my way to their station. They went out of their way to come to me and give me gas so that I could drive to their station to fill up. They even closed at 9pm but stayed the extra 45 minutes to help me. These guys are truely special and I thank them.

I am very impressed with the store and with the staff. The staff wear a mask unless they remove it for some reason while standing at the cash behind the plexiglass barrier, which is acceptable by the county regulations. The store is so clean, so well stocked, so easy to shop in. Some customers are surprised at how great a place it is to shop in and they return later to shop when they have more time. Congratulations on a pleasant place to shop and get gas in. My experiences are very positive.

Had a wonderful experience here this evening. We weren’t sure we would make it to Bancroft with our gas we had. We pulled up and realized it was closed. At the same time the owner came home. And was able to help us out in a pinch and got us gas!! Your kindness will not be forgotten anytime soon. Thanks again! We highly recommend them!

I went to the shell on my way home, needed to grab some gas and a snack for the ride home. Ended up spending more than I expected in here. The staff (Manav) was amazing. So polite and kind hearted. He was the absolute best and we loved his service! Hopefully one day we will return! I hope he gets employee of the month! Thanks Manav!

Lifted the handle off the pump and fuel was already pumping out, sprayed all over my vehicle. When I complained they couldn't even give me a cloth to wipe it off. It was not just a little left overs it was a steady stream, the pump clearly had a malfunction, wasn't long after that it was roped off and out of service.

The place itself was excellent but the man working on Monday Oct 7th 2019 at approximately 1:30 pm was ignorant and very snarky and then tried to offer a bag of candy in place of an apology. Very unprofessional would NEVER return to that location again

I think it was one of the first nights it snowed. Was up visiting a friend in Pembroke, heading home and thinking hope this gas station open so early in the morning. Sure enough Shell to the rescue. Go to pump my gas and nothing comes out of the pump, tried resetting it etc. so guy inside had me try few things, comes out and tries to help me - no coat on , he had to of froze, He tried to help me in the freezing cold - So Thank YOU. It was the morning after my birthday Nov 2nd.So grateful for the help. Nice to know there are still a few good people in the world. :) maybe next time you will be working again.

Wow! Customer service! The new owners at the shell station are so friendly, polite and accommodating. Also, the renovations they have made are fantastic! Cant say I've ever left a review for a gas station but after today's service I felt it was needed!
