Wow, what can I say or where can I start? We hired Haaron (Andy) Chen as our realtor to sale our condo and to buy a new one and he was the greatest and the best! He gave us so many pointers and so many advise on how to stage our condo and how to take the best pictures and the wording he chose for the listing got us to sale our condo in 3 days and way beyond the asking price, I think it must be a time record? I could have never imagined it possible to sale it so fast and for so much!!!Then, Andy helped us with the purchase of a new condo, he made sure that all the conditions were in place to protect us and protect our best interest, he dealt closely with the seller's realtor and kept us in the loop with any new updates, finally we bought our dream home in the heart of downtown Toronto where people pay hefty prices. Because of Andy we got it below the asking price! Yes in downtown Toronto! I could not believe it, but thinking about it now, I'd say that it was possible simply because Andy truly cared about our best interest and he knew what to do and when to do it and that's the keys!!!
