Rust Check International

Truck had and engine light on and remote starter would not work after the rust check application.When I went back So they could look at the issue the owner was very rude and condescending. I was told to come by so they could look at it..now he looks at me like I am a pain in his ass.I just purchased this truck. I can have the dealer vouch there were no issues with the truck.So I will not return. My RVR has an appointment with central for crown.

One star is even to much evertimevi deal with them I want to tear my hair out. There rust protection is very poor quality and service. They missed half my vehicle when I brought it for an undercoating. Then we brought it back for them to do it properly they did the same thing. The employees do not seem to care either they just say it's bad service oh well. I also had ordered an aftermarket part off them and after taking a ridiculous amount of time get it in they lost half of what I ordered. Then the best part is after loosing half my order they took three times as long to get a replacement for it. So if you like bad service the longest wait times for simple things this is the place for you

I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Mitch and rust check, when I got my backrack installed on my 08’ Ram they were quick and efficient, when I bought the backrack for my 15’ Ram they again were quick and efficient and price was good both times. I then needed Reese hitch put on my 15’ Ram price was better then anywhere else I had looked and Mitch and the employees there once again quick, polite and efficient and now I bought my 2020 Chevy had them put a backrack on and the mounts to make it possible to keep my tunnel cover and the price was lower then anywhere I looked and Mitch had his guys put it on once again very efficient so I then order my bull bar with a built in LED light bar good price and Mitch had it installed in no time was and is always a great experience I recommend 100%

brought my truck in for rust check, hear them revving the engine up when it was completed, asked the manager why and he just stated they must be having a hard time getting it to idle" and then disappeared into the back and started playing on the forklift

Rust check all my vehicles yearly. Purchased a box liner, cover, and multiple other accessories. They've always done a great job installing. Great product, great service. Highly recommend.

Job was fine. Blew the brakes out on my vehicle and didn’t say anything. Could’ve caused an accident.

Always as good as before. On time every time they book as many as they can do in a day no over booking. People on receiving desk great and frienly. Nice place to do business been a cliant sins 2006. We are very happy with the service.

I brought my 2004 F150 in to get oil sprayed yesterday. I made an appointment over the phone, it was fairly busy when I got there. The lady working at the desk was very nice and friendly to everyone. I was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes... it took an extra 15 minutes but I was VERY happy with the results. My truck is lifted 6 inches so i could also see that being a factor. I didn't expect them to clean my entire truck since I was only getting an oil spray, but they cleaned it from top to bottom. It was actually my first time seeing the truck clean since I bought it 3 months ago so I really appreciated it. I also appreciate that they parked it the farthest away from everyone else's and backed it in (I don't like my vehicles around others in the winter). I can tell they took good care of her for that hour and a half. GREAT customer service.. I would definitely go back. Next year I'll be getting the paint protection as well as the oil spray. Thanks so much :)

5 stars for first application in 2019. I returned both vehicles in 2020, the Jeep was sprayed but inside frame channel was dry. I have a full size Ram. This year rather than the 1.5 hours on a Saturday they did it in 50 min?. Only outside Frame rail, wheelwells looked coated, I did an oil change , and put pinky in a drain on frame, it felt dry with sand in bottom, I then noticed orange coming thru undercoat on box crossmembers, I had to wirebush and spray boxliner on the rust, inside crossmembers were dry, and had 2 of packed sand in them. How will it fully protect if the dirt isn't blown out before applying
