I stopped in for a Hawaiian slice. The Pizza was re-warmed from the refridgerated showcase as expected. It was decent but not great. The bigger issue was the entire lack of customer service and the dirty tables. Despite me being the only person there for about 20 minutes, the staff didn't bother to come out and wipe up the nasty crumbs from the tables. She was having a great conversation with her colleague in the back but didn't bother to prioritize making sure the dine-in tables were presentable. I won't be back.

I recently ordered from this pizza pizza in Belleville, Ontario, and I have to say, I was blown away by the quality of their food and service. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, just the way I like it.But it wasn't just the pizza that impressed me - the customer service was top-notch as well. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze. They even went out of their way to accommodate a special request I had, which was greatly appreciated.Overall, I would highly recommend this pizza pizza to anyone looking for a delicious meal and excellent service in Belleville. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Horrible customer service, representatives barely listen to you and make fake promises after messing orders up terribly.Had been loyal. However, the store is now offering horrible service.However, the delivery guy was really friendly!

New renovation looks really nice, and atmosphere here is great for a cheaper pizza joint. Pricing has gone up in the past couple of years, but isnt unreasonable. However, the one issue Pizza Pizza has always had has been pizza quality... and while they have made huge steps forward in the last 2- 2 1/2 years, their pizza is still not all that good. Crust has imporved and is now crunchier, but the pizza is never hot enough, and often the toppings are still soggy (meat isnt cooked to crispy, but instead just heated on top, cheese is melted but not hot). Service is often quite professional, and staff are usually friendly, but tonight's service was subpar... ordered a large meat supreme pizza, with 2 jalapeno cheese dips, and a 6 pack of drinks, everything went alright except that no one asked us until our order was being handed to us about what drinks we actually wanted... which had never happened before. Still giving 3 stars for atmosphere, slowly improving pizza, and usually great service. Its cheap pizza so I guess I'd recommend it if you need something in a rush. My real recommendation is if you want real quality, go to a slightly more expensive location.

If there will be a option for zero star… I would love to hit that … ordered so many times from this location … last night ordered veggie pizza , was literally undercooked… veggies were raw … crust was doughy… I complined, after 10 minutes gave me just credit of $7. They said they can’t do anything …. not ordering anymore … I will recommend not to order from pizza pizza …

Delivery driver delivered to wrong address, didn't pick up the phone after five times trying to call them, then, refused to go get it and bring it to the right address (which is only about a minute away by car) and instead told me to go get it myself, after I tip them. As a student I don't make much, so this was a very unpleasant experience for me.

Ordered Pizza, mushroom wasn't cooked thrown ontop probably after it came out the oven. Called to complain and get a new order they didn't even give me 2 seconds to explain I got rerouted to customer service to wait 10 minutes to get an answer. The representative acted like it was no issue kept asking if it was in edible. They cooked the pizza and added the mushroom after the fact. Raw mushroom... of course it's not edible. Terrible service. Didn't get to eat until another 40 minutes after the call. Ordered here enough times with enough bad Pizza. This was the last time and I was a loyal Pizza Pizza customer since high-school in 2003. This location is absolutely terrible.

Usually, our Pizza is excellent, but when we ordered last evening, something was just not right.We ordered an XL with Pepperoni, Bacon crumble, and BBQ Sauce drizzled on top.The pizza was cold,and it had hair on the bottom.But, I spoke to someone, and the phone on their end went dead

I'm happy eating a ham sandwich right now. hours of waiting and they say they were at the door..we were here the whole time. My boyfriend talked to three people. The address isn't rocket science...no accountability....no explanation. The lady my boyfriend spoke to had no respect. Ordered at 9:51 it's now 11:15. The pizza never came. 463 Montrose road isn't hard to find. And they don't care. We are on the phone with them again for fun...we don't want the pizza. We just want to know if they even acknowledge.....uhhhhhhhhhh duhhhhhh
