Terrible experience. If you care about your body and expect someone modifying your body to care about it, don’t go here. I paid over a hundred bucks to have them pierce my nose with a probably 25 cent piece of plastic “jewelry”, the backing of which was a big hook on the inside of my nose. A shop with any sense of what they’re doing (or who care about what they’re doing) would not use plastic for a new piercing and would have the decency to use (real) jewelry that has a flat back. When I decided after a week that I wanted to take it out, I called both their phone numbers and left messages requesting a call back. They texted me saying that there was no piercer there that day, that I would have to come the next day. I asked if I should come at any particular time... I got no response. I went here because I’d read all the reviews about how friendly and knowledgeable they were. I found neither to be true. After they pierced me, they handed me an aftercare sheet and sent me on my way. They didn’t talk me through anything. The shop where I went to get the piercing removed could not believe they pierced me with such a piece of junk.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I got my ears pierced here a week ago and by the second day they were infected. They use cheap jewelry for piercings and I’m not sure if they even properly sanitize equipment. They gave me no information about how to clean my piercings when I got them done. I called them and asked them to email me information about how to clean my piercings and they failed to do that. I’ve called this place multiple times and they didn’t pick up the phone once.Extremely unprofessional. Not worth $89 for a cheap piercing and an ear infection.Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I would put 0 stars if I could. I went to get my helix piercing redone. I got it done and it felt pinchy, which I expected due to the swelling. However, the swelling didn’t die down and got worse. As a result, my skin healed over the backing. This happened because the rod they used for piercing was too short. Thus, pinching the skin between the front and the back more due to the sweeping. In addition, the type of earring used was externally threaded. Thus, not suitable for a helix piece either. I don’t recommend coming here if you would like a piercing done.

I had an amazing experience, ive gotten my nose pierced, 4 ear piercing, and hopefully another one soon. Everyone here is so welcoming, so sweet and kind, very accepting. They also have very genuine conversations which makes your day. I had Michaela today do double piercings for me which was a stressful thing when i was sitting and my mom was filling out the form, but by the time i walked in,and sat down and she was just marking where to place the piercings, my anxiety dropped by a lot because she was a very genuine person and made sure i was comfortable since i walked in, to when i walked out. Would def recommend, and im totally coming back soon!

Amazing experience at Millenium Ink! Such a great, clean, and calming atmosphere. I saw Amy and she did such an incredible job. We spent the day chatting away, everyone treats you like family there! Cant wait to see Amy & the staff again. Highly highly recommend.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time on her 9th birthday! I knew I wanted a traditional piercing and not the ear piercing gun they use at some other places. It turned out beautiful!! No problems at all.. her ears healed so fast ! Not even a bit of redness or discomfort! They are super nice and professional.

After only ever having ear piercings, I was very excited to get my nose pierced at Millenium with my sister. Mick was so friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She took the time to show us the jewelry, find the perfect placement and explain the process. By far one of the fastest and pain free piercings I’ve ever had! (Literally said to Mick “you’re already done??”). Left there extremely pleased as always. Plan on going back once my new piercing is healed to pick out a nose ring, there selection looked amazing!Thanks Mick and Millenium!

Pip is amazing! He went above and beyond for me when I didn’t love the placement of the first piercing and redid the whole thing at no cost to make sure I was happy with my piercing. He made me laugh and feel super comfortable and explained the whole process really well. Would highly recommend!
