Kim and her crew helped us out recently with some water damage in our basement. They worked quickly to remedy our issue and clean up our damaged flooring and wall. All of the crew were polite and made sure the job was done properly.Kim was very responsive to emails and was flexible when we had to move some times around. September of this year, my water softener caused flooding in my newly renovated basement.Even though it was a Friday afternoon, DKI had an assessor on site with 15 minutes of the emergency call from insurance. The remediation crew was on site within the hour and worked well into the evening to get furniture up etc. and minimize damage.The restoration was only delayed by my adjuster and I.....but once DKI got the go ahead, it was booked and completed in a matter of days....and was flawlessly done.Huge thanks to everyone on staff for a stunning response and a job very well done.

In February, we had our first pipe burst and flooding and our Insurance Company had Golden Triangle do the initial assessment and clean up. We were not home at the time and the anticipation of what to expect once we walked in was stressful. Of course it happened on a weekend and during the deep freeze so we were lucky to have a company respond as quickly as they did considering they were dealing with other homes and water issues. When we got home, Danny, the Project Manager was still here and he organized a small crew to come and start cleaning water. They cleaned up all the water and made sure to contain the damage. This company was very professional and hard working. Adam, one of the owners came by to assess the clean up. There were a few things he was not completely satisfied with and he right away sent over Kim, to make sure everything was quickly addressed so that there would be no issues with mold. Danny has always been in quick contact with us if we have needed anything or had any questions or concerns. I want to thank Adam, Danny, Matt, James, John, Courtney, Cory, Kim and Greg.

Big Big thank you to Kim and her team for helping us out with our major water disaster in such quick and prompt timing.We woke up on Sunday morning and heard what sounded like the basement shower was running. Nope. A $6 fitting hose on the main bathroom sink had blown sometime overnight, which resulted in the basement ceiling collapsing, with walls and laminate soaked thoroughly.Well, Kim was sent to us via our Insurance and she was a godsend. Found the problem, and within two day, her and her team had everything ripped out, cleaned and had begun the drying process.Thanks Kim and Team for such a wonderful job and helping stay calm in the flood.

Super professional and really cares about costumer satisfaction! We have 3 large mastiffs and a big garden, a rotten city tree came down and destroyed our fence. James and his team had a temporary fence up for us in matter of hours. The temporary plastic fence wasn't gonna cut it for our dogs safety and when we called James he brought big metal 6 foot temporary fences and covered every bit of our fence to make sure dogs didn't get out or someone didn't break in. I would recommend them every day of the week.

Had some water and mold build up in an attic and reached out to have them clean up the mess. Some of the structure was wearing down and they fully restored the attic. Very impressed with their attic mold removal Toronto service and would recommend.

Sadly our home sustained significant water damages in April while we were away on vacation. We came home to a complete disaster. We phoned our insurance company who recommended Golden Triangle and they met with us in under an hour. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The cleanup was superb and their staff was prompt and courteous.When it came time to restore our home, we were well informed and guided through the entire process by the manager of the project. His team of carpenters, drywallers, painters and flooring contractor are top notch!I hope I don’t need to use them again but should my house require emergency restorations, I wouldn’t trust anybody else!Thanks Golden Triangle!!!

Our 14yr old house was built with a substandard roof supports, and this year the back half started to cave in. Within hours our insurance had Shaun on site to do an initial assessment. He was thorough and took the time to explain what he saw. After some waiting for insurance and an Engineer report he was able to have a crew in within days.Marc and Matthew were amazing. They came in , put down drop sheets and mats and were able to get everything into the attic without needing to cut open a bigger access or damage the walls.Even more amazingly , DKI was able to complete the work within a singe day and at a very attractive price.

Golden Triangle was called on by our insurance after our water tank that was located on the top floor had malfunctioned and cause water damage to all three levels. They showed up within an hour and started the salvation.Unfortunately for us, we were closing on this property in a little over a month and needed all repairs done before our closing date. Despite COVID affecting shipping times, Golden Triangle DKI was able to get everything coordinated and done on time. Kim and Adam were always responsive to any calls and questions and dealt with any hiccups professionally and in a timely manner. They also worked with our insurance to make sure that our home was restored to it's previous state without having to cut corners.Another thing to note, is they do have their own trades on-hand which made the process move faster as they didn't need to contract the work out and coordinate with another company.I would definitely recommend Golden Triangle DKI to someone working with a claim, or looking to do a renovation.
