came in for printing few documents. The screens had easy-to-setup instructions and received good quality print outs. Have used their services earlier for scanning multiple documents into 1 file. Convenient!- Just be ready to wait for your turn, if one is in a hurry- They have the provision of sending documents to a Staple email id, and getting it printed

Copying service here has been improved tremendously. I went to make a few copies from a USB stick that I have, it was very simple.This no doubt is from the software that they have running their photocopying machines.In the past I have gone to the public library to do my printing, after going to Staples and finding the printing system simple and also inexpensive in comparison to the Library.

Why are there only 2 people at the print and shipping section when it is so busy all the time? It is not the mistake of the employees but of the management. This has been the case multiple times that I have to wait for a long long time just to know that I my work cannot be done. It’s quite frustrating!!!

The customer service is super slowly ,today I want to deposit money into my staple card ,the tall and slim girl in the service counter is super super slowly ,service one customer costs her about 30 minutes,the waiting line is so long .She always go away to do something else ,we do not know what she is doing .And always gossip with other staff .But luckily ,A Indian girl is much much more better than her ,more more quick than her . That is why other customer go to the Indian girl line.April 9 ,2023

This customer service is very bad two employees were very rude to us. Their names were Kavita and Mehak. Both are showing negative attitude’s. I want to scan some documents. After start computer nobody helped us. I lost 10 dollars without any scanning. After that i contact with staples manager but that person also same like those girls. He was saying your money will be returned. No any money returned. Suggestion:- please give a proper training to all staff so costumers don’t lost any money

Went for scanning some docs….huge wait time simply because between two computers only one scanner is assigned. Obviously between two users each one is trying to complete his work first….very awkward situation to handle.One star rating is for the staff who helped to the best of their capability

I asked 2 diffetent workers where guest books were. They each told me they were in a certain aisle. There were no guest books in either.
