Manitoulin Transport

Too many issues. Slow pick up process (paperwork / wait times) at warehouses in Mississauga ON and Port Coquitlam BC for merchandise. About 75% of shipments get obvious external damage from rough handling, sometimes on product inside. They use forklifts on expensive merchandise clearly marked No Forklift". Have had to discount clients hundreds of dollars for damage

One star is too many. Ordered a pick-up with a special request for delivery between 8-9 am. Paid extra for special delivery time, bill of lading matched special request. Entire crew on job-site waiting for material, crane on site waiting. I called to ask where material is & they say it's loaded at back of truck & won't be there before 3:30 pm. Their screw-up is going to cost me thousands & thousands of dollars. I will never use them again & their customer service was not helpful indicating oh well that's the way it is & there is nothing they can do.

The process to actually create a shipment is rather confusing and time consuming. However, the customer service is excellent and their speed, reliability, and cost far exceed FedEx, Day and Ross, and most other carriers. I prefer to use this shipping company over many others despite the hassle with creating the shipment.

Still waiting for over one hour almost 2 hours to pick up a package!!! What a horrible horrible place!!!! Clearly the company is disorganized. But they do have some amazing truck drivers that passed by to help and crack jokes and stuff. But over 1 hour to pick up a package?!!!! Noooooooo, not worth it. I'm still waiting...it was until one of the truck drivers I was talking to went inside himself after he saw that I've been waiting for a very long time. He came back with someone who's finally going to help bring my load. Ridiculous. Almost 2 hoursssss....still waiting eh

there should be better indicator/sign board regarding pickup office location at 1335 Showson Dr. Mississauga.. but over all service is good.. all items safely transported & received.

Nice friendly staff very helpful to get my freight shipped

First time to receive a package to be delivered by this company from Alberta. Arrive at their facility before ETA. Took the day off waiting for the package to be delivered on schedule date and it wasn’t delivered. Called and talked to customer service, was told it will be delivered next day so I booked another appointment for the second day, waiting for it. You guessed it, it didn’t showed, called in again and customer service said there was money owing which makes no sense as there is no duties due to it being a Canadian sales from a Canadian company and shipped in canada. Now I’m into day three waiting for this package to arrive, which is a big inconvenience they caused me as I am a business owner. Not happy at all.UpdateI got my package delivered at a time that was convenient for me after work on the third day. However when the package was delivered it was damaged. It’s a custom aluminum fuel tank, the company that made and shipped it did an amazing job packaging it. But it was damage, now I have to go out of my way to find an aluminum welding company that is local to fix the bent water separator mount. SMHFirst and last time.

I stood for over half an hour in the dispatch office to pick up one skid from them. They sat there talking to their buddies that drive for them in Punjabi. Looking and laughing at me. I left, not intimidated but, severely agitated. Ignorant and rude. I refuse to ever go back or haul their garbage freight anywhere.

Great transport services, they have really good Home moving facilities at very reasonable prices.

I use Manitoulin Transport for my packages. Most of the staff are friendly and easier to deal with except in Montreal where my agents doesn't want to come back to drop their package at the warehouse. Maybe language barrier? 4 star..
