Dr. William Wayne

As an office in the dental community we rely upon great offices like Dr Wayne's office to assist us in providing quality dental care. Without going into too much detail - Dr Wayne is a kind-hearted, genuine, and compasisonate professional who truly helped us out today when we called to book an appointment for a child experiencing severe dental pain and requires an emergency extraction. (We had heard that he goes out of his way to help those who truly need it and here is yet another example of him living up to that reputation). While some offices are purely motivated by money - Dr Wayne is motivated by **CARE** and consideration of the community he serves. Thank you for going above and beyond Dr Wayne ~ we appreciate it!

I couldn’t be happier with Dr Wayne and the people he surrounds himself with. When faced with the prospect of needing what I considered a pretty scary procedure (anterior mandible cyst removal surgery, including extraction of 4 teeth), my mind was put at ease by Dr Wayne’s confidence, expertise and calm, reassuring manner. I’m currently in the middle of my incredibly smooth post-op recovery, and healing beautifully. Everything about my procedure has gone better than I could have imagined, thanks to this wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend Dr Wayne.

I am a dental office manager who has been referring patients to Dr Wayne for Years!! However today I had to visit him myself to have surgery on my tongue. His staff and team are just as amazing as he is and they made me feel so comfortable during my visit. It was great to meet you all today after all these years and I hope you all keep doing what your doing because you make a great team!

I am quite frankly, very surprised with their ratings here I had a terrible experience in this office that has been giving me nightmares for a week. Getting the job done as quick as possible is definitely a high priority in this office space, however, Patient care and compassion is not at all a priority. If you don’t mind being treated like a robot, you’re probably won’t have the experience as much as I did .The staff and the doctor are very unfriendly and socially awkward.dr. Wayne was not delicate at all during giving me local freezing and the experience was very rough. ( I have done enough number of freezing to know this was not normal)Despite completely showing my discomfort, nobody cared to give me a break In between the many freezing shots, I eventually asked for a break while shivering in pain. You would be surprised to know the doctor, and the assistant had no word of comfort to tell me, then and the doctor just left the room!!I’m not going to write a novel here, but there were many other things that went very wrong. Friendly advice of mine would be if you know anywhere else you can go to your probably will have a much better experience.

I can write all day about Dr.Williams..When more than one generation of the same family have the same doctor it speaks volumes.He is one of two reasons I decided to stay in Texas.He goes 'over' far and beyond..His staff are always willing to work with you.When you are one of the best,you are the best so with that comes wait times,which is a good thing.I'm praying he does not retire anytime soon.

I’m extremely grateful for the care I have received by Dr. Wayne and his medical/admin team. Thanks to Dr. Wayne’s skilful extraction plan and execution, I experienced no pain after the surgery. In fact, I didn’t need to take any pain medications.A week after, he responded to my inquiries about irrigation timely and took me in for a quick check up to clear up my questions. He gave me a demo of how to irrigate the socket and answered my questions with lots of explaining things in lay people language. All this happened on the morning of Xmas Eve when I had had no prior appointment. They squeezed me into their busy schedule so I would be able to enjoy my Xmas without worries.Dr. Wayne’s practice is extremely well run. They follow COVID19 protocols in every step of my experience. The rooms are fresh and organized, the equipment updated. His staff is warm and always offers to help or do more.My husband was a patient of Dr. Wayne several years ago. He also received excellent care and had little pain after a much more complex procedure.We are lucky to have experienced and caring healthcare professionals like Dr. Wayne in our city. Would highly recommend him.

So far, my experience with this dental clinic has been far less than stellar. They failed to give us accurate directions, then failed to answer their phone when we called to let them know that we were lost, then failed to call us back before we found our way ourselves, then left us waiting in the hall until they made us late. For me, however, the crowning achievement" is that they failed to take legitimate concerns regarding questions and insurance into account. I understand that during Covid

My disabled husband had to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Wayne, his team and staff were great! They are all very friendly and caring! Would recommend them highly!
