Sixt Rent a car Brussels South Station
I needed to rent a car so that I could travel to the villages and small towns in eastern France where my grandfather fought with the A.E.F. in World War I. A friend of mine recommended Sixt. I was a little nervous as this was the first time that I would be driving in Europe. A friend of mine recommended Sixt, so I rented the car from the Sixt office at the Brussels Zuid/Midi railroad station. It could not have been a smoother experience. Like many Americans, I needed an automatic car, not having driven a manual shift in several decades. The car, an Opel Crossland, was excellent — easy (and fun) to drive, and comfortable. The Sixt staff was not only efficient, but friendly. And, highly important, the price was very reasonable. I am now planning another trip to Europe where I will also drive part of the vacation, and I will only consider Sixt. I highly recommend them.

EASY check in/out. Upgraded my car for free when the car I requested was unavailable. All the people I interacted with were very helpful and amazing, especially the person at the customer service counter. This is my fourth time renting from SIXT in Europe and I always receive excellent service. Thanks again.

The staff at Brussels midi station office were really helpful and efficient. Returning the car was easy but both petrol stations given in the map from the office were a problem. One was closed permanently and the other did not take international cards. So you may want to suggest new alternative petrol stations.

My experience was already satisfactory with the agency's very competent and friendly staff, who quickly understand your needs and do their best to satisfy them. I needed 7 spaces beforehand and had booked for 5 Automatic spaces; the agency's staff did everything possible to have a car available within 10 minutes of my arrival.When the car was delivered, the parking lot staff were in full swing on a Sunday evening to prepare the cars for the next day. Very helpful and friendly, you could easily sense the infallible team spirit.nothing to say the service is impeccable at the MIDI agency I can't wait for the next rental

Pick up was good, lady on the desk very nice and the car was fine. However, my one day rental turned in to a 2 day rental as due to some traffic issues I ended up returning the car 1 hour late and got charged a full second days rental which seems a bit excessive. I don't mind paying a penalty for late return but a full second day is unreasonable in my opinion. I tried to contact them on this but they never replied at all which is quite unprofessional. I would, at the very least, have expected a response stating I had to pay the second day per the terms and conditions or similar from an established rental company like SixT.

The service from the Sixt Rental Car locations at Brussels Midi station, Brussels Airport, and Stockholm Bromma Airport has been exceptional. All the staff have gone out of their way to make our two rentals and our holidays more enjoyable. The cars were good too!

A very nice experience, with friendly staff, the lady provided clear explanations and clear choices. It lasted just a few minutes. It was very easy to understand and make a choice. At drop off also a very good experience, very fast and no bureaucracy. I recommend it with all my heart.

Will not be using SIXT again. Our train schedule changed and we arrived a few hours late. Our pre-paid reservation for a BMW wagon was given away and we were stuck with whatever they had left. Conveniently, it was an upgraded" SUV VW and they charged us almost DOUBLE the price of our prepaid reservation. We were made to feel that we had no other choice or option.Once we arrived in the garage
