Had an excellent experience here at EB. Came in for my birthday coupon from GameStop and the sales associate Ryan took the time to walk me through the buy-get rules and regulations. Also helped me figure out how to get a better price through my loyalty membership card. This is what going above and beyond looks like. I'll definitely be back.

Really nice selection of current generation games and consoles. Also has pretty wide variety of collectable figures, items, and memorabilia.

I want to say this first and foremost, amazing customer service and selection. Now for the part that kills it the most, if you want to advertise games on a screen remember that the screen needs to actually work. Second the prices... ouch.

To the 11am Christmas Eve staff: You single handedly saved Christmas. My partner made a beeline to buy a game THAT I ALREADY BOUGHT. I was panicked.As soon as he booked it to the back for the PlayStation games, I leaned towards the counter staff and said You see that dude I just came in with? DO NOT SELL HIM THE GAME." to which they replied "I got you"And got me they did. They fibbed and said they had no copies. I was able to surprise him Christmas morning and tell him what an absolute dingus he was for trying to buy it before Christmas.Thanks staff!"

This is one of the few stores that both me and my kids enjoy going to together whenever we are at the mall. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

High prices. Only really worth going if you can find a deal or if they have something you can't find anywhere else.Updated my score: June 2023I preordered something online at Gamestop a few months ago and had to make a small down payment on it (fail #1). I Decided I wanted to cancel the preorder about 4 months later. Online support indicated to me that I needed to go to the store I was going to pickup from to cancel the preorder (fail #2). The store cancelled my preorder, but they wouldn't refund the down payment I made. Instead they gave me store credit for the amount I paid (fail #3).EB Games/Gamestop are slimeballs. I'm never shopping there again.

Love the staff here, they helped me find my receipt to get my controller exchanged. I highly suggest that everyone who plays games get their accessories, games, etc gets there stuff here.

Very friendly staff in store and speaking with them on the phone. Knowledgeable with the questions I had pertaining to inventory and when they would be receiving restock.

Boxing day.... I know it's busy but enforcing on the fly policies of no returns or exchange because you're busy without informing your clients even when I bought my games 3 days prior is wrong. Being treated with no respect or consideration is unacceptable. You did end up exchanging the game and I spent two times the initial value but I was treated like trash. No way of treating your clients. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else
