Awesome and knowledgeable staff, Simon made our test drive experience the best we've had. Some dealers out there only care to pressure you into a rushed decision or into a car that you will regret, Simon on the other hand, not only had the car we wanted to test drive ready, but a similar choice also ready, so we got two test drives on the same day. Really good service!! I had saw a car I wanted but I was in Burnaby and was in a delicate situation. Scott and Jordan went out of their way to help me solve all the logistic problems I had, which included planning my trip to Duncan, arranging a driver to pick me up and also helping me deal with insurance side of things. All of this happened in a day or two which I was impressed at how efficient they were. Geoff from finance was also really patient with me and explaining every line item of how much I had to pay. Overall fantastic experience, if y’all are looking to buy a car be sure to look for this team at Duncan. 10/10 experience

I had been searching for an EV in the lower mainland for a couple of weeks before I was contacted by Scott. I told him that had done my research and I was just focusing on numbers now. Scott answered all my questions promptly and truthfully. Unlike other dealerships, I was not being pressured to “drop by” so we can talk more. He sent me all the information I needed and gave me time. He was so friendly and honest that I traveled to Duncan to purchase my vehicle from him. Everyone at the dealership was so amazing. It felt like a close-knit group that treated each other like family—something you won’t see at the Automall. Scott went out of his way to ensure all details were taken care of. He even came in to work on his day off to ensure a smooth transfer. This was not just someone giving great service because he thinks it’s his job; it’s someone that actually cares about your time, family and about your well-being. It was refreshing finding a group of people that made you feel welcome. I will definitely be going through Scott for my future vehicle purchase!

Really helpful staff, Simon was our sales person , excellent listerner to our purchase choice, was ready for us when we got to Duncan Hyundai as we had called in earlier , had the vehicle ready for us to take it for test drive after explaining the whole vehicle package. When we got back ,he was ready for us, with business manager Jordan who was also very helpfull with pricing, least amount of negotiating. I put my name on 'the list' and waited 10 months for my 2023 Hybrid Tucson Ultimate and it was totally worth the wait. :) The car is perfect for me, and the staff at Duncan Hyundai were absolutely stellar throughout the process.
