The front staff and Dr Shota are so amazing and friendly. They help us out above and beyond every time we have an issue with glasses or contacts. We even went in because a regular physician told my husband nothing was wrong with his eyes but come to find out he had contact lens infection and it got treated. They also have a great selection of frames:)

Had an Eye emergency, staff here was amazing at getting me and assisting with my issue.I returned again for my exam and new prescription. Again the staff and Optometrist were amazing with my spouse and I. They answered and provided us with outstanding service.We got an amazing deal on both pairs and were pleased with the quality of care provided. When my glasses arrived their was a small defect issue, that was noticed by staff even before we did. They order a replacement set right away.I wanna also say that all staff have been Amazing with us stopping in for adjustments. And have gown above and beyond dealing with small issues and hassles.

I decided to leave Lenscrafters and come to Eyes on 34th and it was the best decision I've made. They provide excellent service. The optometrist was very patient, knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for my optical health. To say I got my lenses and I am so happy. I can be pretty indecisive when there are too many options but the ladies were very patient with me, helped me narrow down my choices and make the best selection. I recommend this location not just for optical exam but also for prescription glasses and sun glasses.
