I went in without an appointment on the 28th of March and I received quick and professional service! I had purchased 2 screen protectors from Amazon for 2 new iPhone 14 pro max phones and the associate put them on perfectly without any dust or debris on the surface (which I’ve tried to do many times unsuccessfully). Highly recommend them to anyone

They were amazing! Fantastic customer service. I called Friday night at half an hour before close and they had my phone fixed and repaired by 12:30 the next afternoon. Thank-you so much! I hope I never have to use such services again but if I do, I know where I'll be going! :)

Friendly and helpful staff. The part for my phone took a very long time to arrive, I didn't get an update until I had to call and request one. Prices are a little higher than most places

They were able to get me in with no appointment, right before Christmas and fixed my sons no charging issue with his switch just through troubleshooting that day. Very fast and friendly service! Highly reccomend.

NO STARS - Negative 10TERRIBLE experience at the Dartmouth Crossings Location.I took my daughter’s Playstation 4 in on February 11, 2023 to get the HDMI portal repaired. The rep was very professional and friendly. He assured that they could absolutely fix the HDMI portal and that it would take a standard 7-10 business days. A work order was submitted and I provided my phone and email information.On February 28 I called to get an update and was told that the device was almost ready. They just wanted to test it and that I could pick it up later that day. I replied great but that I would pick it the next day.We go in that weekend and the Playstation is NOT fixed and apparently they need the technician from the Bedford office. I asked the rep, Josh to just provide a realistic time frame or reassemble the device so that I can take it elsewhere. Josh tells me that it is now a priority.The next Monday, my husband goes in and it is still not ready but it will definitely be fixed on Friday..............I go in on Saturday March 18, 2023 (FIVE weeks) later. Josh returns the device and says sorry there is no technician available to fix this. AND the parts were put back upside down AND half the screws are missing.This experience was a complete DISGRACE. Poor customer service and a work ethic filled with lies. The Playstation was returned in a worse state than it was given. Don’t trust this place. They will ruin your device and lie right to your face.

I have gone to this same location for years. They have ALWAYS done price matching and beat the price by $5. Well not this time. I was greeted by a well cut professional looking young man. And he was happy and ready to serve. Until I mentioned price matching and he looked at me like I had 6 heads he started laughing and said it’s $205. I have gone here for YEARS and have NEVER paid this crazy price. They have always price matched but this little fellow decided to be cocky and smug. I have never felt more pressure or anger from someone providing a service. It was almost as if a light switch flicked in his brain. And after I mentioned the price matching his whole dementor changed he was short and rude. All because he wanted me to pay more. I will NEVER be back! Absolutely shameful and disgusting.

Had a minor issue with my PC that I couldn't figure out myself. The guys at dartmouth crossing got to it very quickly and didn't charge me because it was a simple problem and quick fix, so was covered under their free diagnostics. Highly recommended!
