I love this place because I have everything nearby, fast food, coffee, supermarket, bank, care for my pet, dentist, etc.

A great Shop Local location. A good variety of stores offering a wide range of services and products. The only challenge can be the parking lot. There is enough parking but the layout could be better. It's still my go to for a lot of my shopping! Very much appreciate the friendly service in the shops I frequent.

All the stores/services and are good, but it's the parking that sucks. Not enough parking and the size of the parking stalls are small. Reconsider parking in here if you have a large vehicle or poor turning radius.

A difficult parking lot to navigate, not well designed. Would have been nice if they had provided a covered walkway from No Frills to the BCLD and across to TD and Subway Buildings. Also, shopping carts aren’t covered so always wet.

My neighborhood shopping mall. Lot's of free parking. Well lighted at night. The place is crowded in the day time. Have all the services I need and don't have to drive to the bigger Coquitlam Centre Mall. Enjoy going there...

My favorite spot for fast shopping, Starbucks, No Frills, Kin's market, very good pizza place and many more. Plenty of parking.

While it has a couple of franchise places, Starbucks, shoppers drug mart, a&w, many shops are independent shops & that's wonderful. I visited on a Sunday so many places where closed, can't wait to visit on a Saturday when they are open!
