The guy with longer hair bit taller at the west side. thanks bro saved a stoners day :') best dq employee ever, need more like that guy! didnt catch his name unfortunately, but thanks again!(wanted to post as theres too many negative posts here and i want the good employees to get their flowers when they are excelling at their job and providing phenomenal customer service like this guy did. ) well done sir.

Food is Dairy Queen, so all I can really say is that it meets expectations, haha. But I wanted to write that I just watched the staff of this Dairy Queen get berated several times by some man about how long his order was taking (...during dinner rush...on the first hot day of the year). They handled it like champs every time he came up (because yes, there were several) and eventually put together that the reason the order was so late was that....it had actually been called 20 minutes earlier, and his kids that he'd left unattended at the counter had just missed it.I just wanted to seriously congratulate the staff for dealing with this kind of thing on what - if my own customer service history was any indication - is unfortunately probably all too common. They were incredibly graceful & kind about it where anyone else would not have been, and I thought they deserved some recognition!

My Daughter walked to get a blizzards. She came back to give me mine. I took one bit of the blizzard that was mine and instantly knew it was not reeses peanut butter cup. I bit into something that was crunchy and something gooey. So then daughter tried the one that was supposedly hers and was upset instantly because she said it tasted funny. Hers was a light brown in color and when mixing it with a spoon, looked like just some sort of chocolate chunks in it. I walked back with them to return them, already getting sick from something in the one I ate. Got to the dairy queen and talk to a guy. He said they are just closing and all he could take my name and number. He said he confirmed the order several times and the only way that other ingredients get mixed in is if they are using the same spoon which they should not be. He said I can come back to get new blizzards. I advised him will not be coming back. This is not the first time they have made our order wrong.I walked back and was physically ill twice on my way back with these blizzards that were wrong. Got back and asked my Daughter what exactly she ordered. She read it from her phone. It was definitely not what the guy from dairy queen said he confirmed. Not even close. Plus Daughter confirmed he did not make them, some girl did. Not impressed. The blizzards went in the garbage, I am physically sick from this, out money, a waste of time, and absolutely no treat that we were looking forward tooVery poor experience over all.

On February 14, 2023 at approximately 1235 hours, I tried the drive-through but was completely ignored. There were three Dairy Queen employees sitting by the dumpsters smoking the whole time. No closure sign or out of service sign anywhere. We waited at the call box/menu sign for 5 minutes and every attempt to call for service was ignored. We finally left and took our business elsewhere. It's 1235 on a Tuesday and there was no one to serve a customer. Deplorable service.

We ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. We asked for some mermaid decoration on the cake since that was the party theme. The staff told us No problem!"We were surprised by the cake we got. It was a Little Mermaid Ariel on the cake! Best looking cake I have ever seen.Thank you for the staff in DQ for the effort! You made a 5 year old girl the best cake for her birthday!"

Mobile ordered a large sundae. Had to wait in line 10 minutes to ask for my order. They pulled this out of the freezer. In what world is this a large sundae?? Its the same amount of ice cream as a small sundae just in a large container but they charge $3 more.... horrendous. Not the first time this has happened, it's like the owners are trying to skimp out on as much as possible.

I forgot my card and got a new phone not long ago so I haven’t added my bank card on the phone and I didn’t realize until I was about to pay… cute little lady that worked there at the window ended up covering it for me and I can’t be more thankful! Didn’t get her name though but she rocks! <3

Longest waits and every time I have gone they have messed up on our blizzard orders, every time! How does 1 place consistently get it wrong even after reading back the order, they still get it wrong!Someone needs to tell their staff to pay attention and actually read over the order before they make it, to make sure they get it right. So irritating. Will be going to a different DQ from now on.
