Good store and has an Atmosphere outdoor store attached. Pretty good selection of sporting goods and wear. Fair selection of shoes, skates and other seasonal sporting goods. Also have a pro shop for hockey and other sports goods. You can also collect Canadian Tire Money at Sportcheck

A week or so ago my father purchased something for me. I used his visa and set it up so my husband could pick it up. The employee or employees were really argumentative with my husband they basically saw the credit card holders name and started being argumentative with him telling him he couldn’t pick it up because it wasn’t in his name. But I had specifically specified online who would be picking it up and my husband even got an email in HIS name telling him to pick it up. From now on I will just shop online. Not worth the headache

I am usually happy with my shopping experience at sport Chek/Atmosphere but this time it was a different story. We went looking for a winter coat for my wife and that section of the store was very messy and seemed unorganized. The did have alot of jackets, almost to many. It was like they had twice as many as they should cramped onto ever rack. And they were in not order. If was hard to lol through them, you could barely get a jacket off the rack they were so jammed on. And you could barely walk around the section as they had extra racks out.

I had a great customer service experience today at Atmosphere, with two very kind and helpful staff members. They did a great job helping me find the boot size I was looking for and set me up with an online order that saved me time and money! Great job and thank you!

Found a bike there we liked but we were not allowed to buy it. Employee said it needed to be checked over before it was released and the tech was off for a few days. We asked if we could pay now and pick it up later, and we were told no, and to call Wednesday - the day the sale ended - and see if the guy was available then. We went elsewhere and found a place that actually sold bikes.

The girl when checking in would not accept my visa and bank card as ID I had nothing else on me, the person in front of came and told me that the girl didn't ask her for ID she even spoke to her and it did not matter. We were here for a hockey tournament with my two kids as a mother I was very disappointed with the service and now have to look for another hotel!!!

Usually a good experience, great for when I want shoes or bags, but went recently to upgrade to a newer underarmour hoodie because I really like them, I drive across town to only find S and M sizes. I'm not the tiniest person and we don't live in the tiniest of continents it would be nice to have a good variety of sizes readily available.. I was ready to spend the $100 or whatever it was but I didn't have the option. I'll have to risk it and search for one online. Other than this I enjoy the store, the size problem I find a problem at most big name retail stores.. would be nice if Sportchek would be one of the stores to set the bar.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite not having many sizes for 4 of the 5 shoes we tried to get the proper size. We did find a pair that my 12 year old son liked.
