First time ever trying hot pot and had a very nice experience! I have to say the value for what you pay for is so worth it, it’s a great price! Good selections of meat and veggies. The fresh noodles were delicious as well. I ordered the tomato broth which was delicious. Ordered the Waygu beef and lamb mix meats and it paired perfectly with the broth. Their sauce selections are delicious and it’s a great space to be in with friends and family. I like that you can have your own individual pot. Oh can’t forget that you get dessert at the end! Clean place and friendly staff. I look forward to going back again!

Great place to come for hot pot; food is good and they have a robot that comes out and serves some of your food. I also like that they give you Melona ice cream bars after you've finished your meal and you get to choose your flavour.

A comfortable environment. The distance with other customers is fair enough. Robot delivery is a gimmick, in fact, the waiters and waitresses serve. Service is good overall. However, for a Hot Pot Restaurant, they didn't offer enough variation of food. Well, it will not be my priority choice for hot pot. I may keep that in mind and give them a second chance.

12/10 the service was excellent and made us feel very welcomed especially a server name Jay! We went for a late night dinner and were offered a private room since we mentioned it was for a birthday. The food was excellent and presented beautifully and well priced. Everyone was stuffed full and were even offered free melona icecream for dessert after the birthday singing and cake!!

Tried the Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Richmond. The soup base was very tasty, tried the two in one and it was plenty for three people. There is a condiments bar and you get to choose what you want to go with your soup and meat. Also, this is the only branch that doesn’t offer AYCE, the other branches do. Just something to keep in mind when choosing the location you are going to.We got there around 1:30 PM, apparently there’s a happy hour special and only realized when we got the bill that we had a 25% discount, nice score! I would recommend this place.

No services there, self serve most of the time.. the lady server black face all the time, the host way better.Their soup base are tasteless.But their food are fresh and big portion with cheap price.

Oh yes! Nice environment and delicious hotpot! The soup in pot taste and smell like traditional Chinese herbal medicine, very health. Also valuable. Highly recommend!

Great service from the robot. I joke. Service was great, food was amazing from both taste and presentation. I wish the ac was a bit less as we are with our jackets on but otherwise it was a very enjoyable time.

Fantastic hot pot restaurant that’s located in Richmond.The staff are super friendly, plus they use little robots to deliver the food to your table.Highly recommended.
