Hansen Distillery

If you haven't visited here - you're missing out! Hansen Distillery has been a favourite local maker of ours but we finally had the chance to go in for a tour/tasting and it did not disappoint! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, we could have stayed there all afternoon. They have a wonderful tour, and a full drink menu with a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. We can't wait to go back soon!

The tour is great, the drinks are delicious and the family who owns Hansen is very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Had some very good and interesting cocktails, always liked their stuff and wanted to visit their tasting room. I was pleasantly surprised how good the cocktails are, they really showcase their excellent distillery.

OMG... just happened to be passing by Hansen Distillery stopped in for a look I'm glad I did , such an amazing place , super friendly knowledgeable staff who are very passionate about all their world class products the ambience absolutely fantastic you can have some samples and take a tour of the distillery I know where I'll be doing my Christmas shopping this year a definite must see !!

Came in to try and buy the new Mini Donut creme liquor. Delicious! Stayed for a round of drinks. Staff is so friendly and brought over some samples. Had the Space Shot (1/2 mini donut, 1/2 Ring of Fire liquor), was very good. Bought supplies to have at home. One of my favourite places.

Visited yesterday and did a tour for my husband’s Birthday - didn’t think we’d be there more than an hour but we stayed for three!!! Hubby is a single malt drinker and I was a bit nervous he would be critical of a “not single malt” distillery but he loved it and said some of what he tried was even better than single malt! The tour was awesome - so interesting and they were so willing to answer the group questions. The tastings were fantastic and VERY generous! And all their drinks concoctions were delicious - I was driving so they even made me some amazing mocktails which was so nice. We ended up buying 3 different bottles of their amazing stuff and I’ve told all my friends about this place today. Thank you!

Treat yourself to Hansen’s! We enjoyed a fun and interesting tour with Chris. The cocktails after were super delicious. Everything from the warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door to the friendly staff…had a personal touch to it that you have to go experience for yourself. Thank you for sharing this passion you have!

My husband and I visited the distillery couple of weeks ago and it was a highly enjoyable experience. The best part was learning about the long family history which started it all! We took the tour into the back where all the magic happens and how it all works. We then were able to sample all of the options which are brewed right here in Edmonton! My favorite was the gin! After the tour we stayed for a cocktail which was hard to choose just one because there were so many wonderful options available. We also purchased a bottle of gin to take home. We would very much recommend the tour as was had an amazing experience! The service was fantastic as well!

The tour and tasting was very informative and interesting. Out guide was very personable and entertaining. Both his and the bartender were enthusiastic about there products and I can't recommend them enough. The bar is lovely and everyone was very friendly. Everything I tried was good, and the chai berry drink was amazing. I purchased a few bottles and I know I will be back.

I was invited to check it out and was NOT disappointed. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Super delicious 5-whiskey aged in white oak barrels and then finished off in a cherry cast barrel. I tried their take on an Old Fashion, which was delicious! Brough home their Peppered Garlic Bacon Moonshine to make Cesar’s with…can’t wait to try that!! I’ll definitely go again!
