Buyer beware. If you buy a Tesla, be sure to sell it before the warranty runs out. Service costs are consistently $5,000 to $10,000 per year. Poor quality parts, particularly the suspension, onboard charger, electrical components, main touch screen, retracting door handles will all require replacement by Tesla, often more than once. And there's no where else to go for service.

Went to this dealer for my test drive for both the 3 and Y. Kevin Kok helped me and was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I decided to keep in touch with Kevin and he was my SA from the beginning to end. He was attentive, answered all my questions throughout and also called me to explain details rather than email. It was comforting having a direct contact at Tesla especially after reading some of the horror stories on delivery delays. He also helped me secure a Tesla 3 Performance in Saskatoon and had it brought over so instead of waiting 2-3 months, I was able to get the vehicle in less than 2 weeks! A special surprise were little Toy Tesla model cars for my kids! I couldn't be happier with him and would recommend people to reach out to Kevin at this location. You will not be sorry!

Ordered an Model Y today with an estimate done on April 23rd, I was assured the estimate will be very close to the final. The final trade value came back in $14000 less than estimate. What a waste of my time and deposit.

Offers one price for your trade then tells you to order car. I order car and they drop trade-in price by $13000. I then shocked tell them to cancel my car and refund deposit. They say sorry non refundable. I understand that that is the new policy but if you offer an amount before you order then offer you massively less how should the deposit not come back. I love my Tesla but will never support this shady company again.

Needed to service our car and was greeted by Peter in the service department. He was very professional and helped us in every way he could. And if he couldn't he would get someone who could. A bonus is the service is open 7 days a week.

Fantastic experience I had with the whole service team at Tesla West 4th. I dropped off my wife's (Xuan) model 3 and everything went really well! Service advisor Peter, service manager and the shop lead took really good care of my wife's car. They were extremely patient and resolved all my concerns. Although I don't look forward to visit there again (hey, it's like visiting doctor office), I must say, if you have issues with your Tesla, they are the guy!! Thank you all!!

Our sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. Taking a test drive was easy. We enjoyed the experience.

Great space and helpful staff. BUT after order submission which is online and not needed to be done there anyways, it was not able to get a hold of Travon, the associate there for selling the car, to ask a simple question about the process. I'd rather do the process online next time as you can get more clarity. I am not fully satisfied with my experience of purchasing an $90K car.
