This place is very good, I would recommend anyone to go to this place if they have any problems with there computer. My laptop had some water damage and was supposedly fixed by other repairs stores and within a week or so it would be unable to turn on.I took it to this place to get it fixed right before I left for school and asked if I could get it fixed before I went. He fixed it for a great price and on time. I wasn't sure if I was gonna have the same problems again but my laptop has been working perfect for over half a year now. The guy is super nice and reliable , I would recommend him to anyone.

Great service and fast diagnostics at a good price. Brought a 4 year old laptop with charging problems in. It was looked at right away and opened up to confirm things inside. A quick battery disconnect and reconnect cleared up the issue for now along with an honest assessment that it may be time for a new battery. Honest and speedy service with a plan to take the next step if necessary. Top notch!

Used them for a battery repair on my phone and it was excellent. Went back there today because I saw an expanding crack on what I thought was my cell phone screen. The gentleman looked at it and said it was not the screen, rather the protector for the screen so I was good to go. I truly appreciate businesses that don't try to sell you something that is not needed. Highly recommend this place!!!!

New Tech Navi is absolutely fantastic. Their service is fast, reliable, and a lot cheaper than others. I needed my phone unlocked and I took it to someone else who not only over charged me($100) but they never completed the service. I ended up taking my device to New Tech Navi Wireless and within a few hours he had unlocked the phone and it was in excellent working condition. I cracked my screen and stopped by Navi Wireless an hour later. The price for the replacement was super reasonable and they got it done within an hour! Excellent customer service as well! They made sure that everything on my phone worked properly and got it done fast. 10/10 recommend!

This guy is great so if you have computer problems, do yourself a favor and call him. What I appreciated: he answered his phone right away. He was on his way to an appointment so said he would call back and told me when he would. He did what he said he would do. Came to our home the next day and arrived promptly on time. He fixed problems on our two computers. He was professional, friendly and did a great job. This was truly old-fashioned service, attention to detail and we appreciated his excellent service!
