I needed a battery replacement for my Asus laptop and had issues ordering myself because the battery for mine is apparently hard to find (despite being a 3 year old laptop). I took it to DDR2 computers and the friendly staff took the time to find the proper battery for me AND install it with a student discount. I am very impressed with this company and will be returning for all of my computer needs. Highly recommend!!

I bought a new 3060 from DDR2 in Sept 2021 for a very reasonable price, considering the market at the time. I have also brought a couple of different computer builds to these guys to help diagnose hardware issues, even leaving my PC with them at times, and they never charged me a dime. I encourage you to support this local business, even if their prices may be a bit higher than amazon, best buy, etc. Very good shop and helpful staff.

Been here twice for service on my desktop PC.Flashed my bios for my new AMD processor within the hour despite being busy.More recently they did a diagnostic on my tower right on the front desk for no charge to help me decipher what part I needed to replace so I could save money.Will always be taking my business here.

Awesome store with great staff. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of service and product you are getting. They recently built a custom PC for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Winston and Hunter were great to work with and offer great advice when it comes to selecting parts for your PC. Service was fast, my PC was built within a week of me first inquiring about building one. Highly recommend this place for any of your computer needs.

Walked in off the street, and they helped us right away. Jason was extremely helpful didn't have the part I needed, so he sold us the store part, to get us on our way.

Scalper Pricing. Selling 999.00 (1207.00CAD) 6900xt for 2999.00.Don't care how much they paid for it. They should procure stock from legit resellers at their msrp and sell for a reasonable fair profit. You are an actual business serving prince george. Someone on kijiji can get away with that but that practice just shows your greed and un caring for your customers. And yes, you can get these cards for MSRP or reasonably above MSRP from many retailers. You have to be patient and wait or get lucky. Best Buy, NewEgg, Memory Express, CanadaComputers, A-power computers, Synnex, Ingram, AMD.com and many more who value integrity. Quoting the current market does not justify tripling the price just because you can. And you cant play the victim of a struggling business and blame it on high demand. The margins on pc components are never high anywhere and they successful. My advice, sell the cards privately, and not tarnish the once good name DDR had. Its better to say not in stock, then sell a product 3x its msrp. Some folks can afford that and great on them. Most can't shell out that kinda cash and even worse feel pressured to buy.
