Jurgen hasn't reached out to me nor have I went back since. A little back story I had it ppf from ford and it wasn't up to par. Jurgen suggested I ask for a refund and I did, now his work isn't up to par it was actually worse and he won't give a refund..Had the stealth wrap removed.. found some xacto blade cut marks on my new 2019 raptor paint.. confirm it was xacto blade cut marks by Trevor.. they said they will fix it, if polishing it out won't work I'm expecting it repaired and painted back to the condition it came in when I first dropped it off..Dropped off car may 21st 1.5 weeks to finish, I said take your time, as in few more days is ok not an extra 1.5 weeks.. 3 weeks go by. I stopped in 3 times to check on status.. only thing they started on was the removal of door handles. Now they rushed to try to finish the job by Wednesday June 12th.. guess what not finished 100%. Lots of air bubbles , handles need to be redone, roof not done. The staff was very sorry about the delays it's really not their fault BC the owner told them to do other cars ahead of mine.. was offered 750 refund.. two days later no refund yet.. will update if issues get resolved. Trevor and Chris has been very apologetic and agrees it should have never happened. Now I have a 3 week job done in day half rushed with air bubbles everywhere ..BC I needed to get the car into the next scheduled appointment for other work to be done

These guys are AMAZING! I had 3M film put on my last vehicle by a different company and it was poorly done and you could see lines half way up the door. I just picked up my new Seltos because I had them put 3M on the whole front and all doors and I am amazed that I cannot see the lines at all. Great customer service, great attention to detail and very reasonable pricing. Shout out to Trevor who was awesome to deal with.

The worst ever !So unprofessional and no customer servixe at all !!!!(See my previois review) I had to come back to get ppf wrapping fixed. Another extra travel again!I dropped my car Sat morning, and picked it up Tuesday morning. They didn’t finish it terrible again !!!!!!! So unprofessional !!They kept saying that was minor mistake. They couldn’t find out that minor mistake while I found it so easily? And the coating’s peeled off even if it’s tiny!!There’s even no customer service at all.When I first dropped off my car for warppping, they used my charger to charge someone’s car and put it back. I had to be back after 8pm because they were gonna have staff dinner !!! Because that my travel to the States was cancelled. When I complained he said It was never isseued before ! How many times you guys used customers’ ?Even when I came back to get the ppf fixed, Trevor didn’t apologize.And they promised they would give me a rental car while they were fixing the warpping and asked me to pay first then they would reimburse the cost. I haven’t received it.If you care about your car, don’t come here. They DON’T take good care of your car. They will use your personal stuff, and ruin your car.

Trevor did an amazing job to my 2020 Tacoma. I did a Xpel PPF 24 inch pre cut front end, mirrors, flares and headlights with a ceramic coating package. I'm also in the automotive industry that has the trained eye for imperfections, and at first, you can't even tell they did it! Word of advice, don't rush them, do not expect perfection out of a precut kit and do your research first! At the end of the day, if you're looking for seamless and one piece, expect to pay at least twice to three times more. If you want a great company that goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied, try them out!

I just had my white Model Y wrapped and I am impressed with Vancouver ClearBra's 'dream team' team: Adam, Randy, and Trevor are super friendly and great listeners. They listened to what I wanted and remembered everything I asked for. They also took extremely good care of my car while in the shop making sure it was safe during the transition to being wrapped with PPF. The quality of the final install was flawless as well: no air bubbles, no contamination, no fingers, etc.Totally exceeded my expectations and I gained a real appreciation for their craft as it requires very high attention to detail for hours on end.

Vancouver Clear Bra did another great job on my new Bronco. They have done multiple cars for me. 911 4s, Taycan, and my Corvette C8. Great team of employees and Juergen is great to work with, great value, great product and great service!!!

Trevor did a great job overall, the trunk piece is the only panel that had issues as shown, but I am sure they will fix it. They even wrapped my center console to protect the piano black surface and not tell me about it. I didnt notice the wrap till 2 days later. I would have hinted I prefer a matte wrap had I know you are doing this for me *wink winkJurgen had been very responsive when contacted through out the process, but if you want an update on the progess or status update, you got to be proactive to call or email him.The creamic tint for sure reduce the heat noticiebly, I could easily tell the difference with my hand behind the glass.Parking it under the sun, the tempterture inside the car will still goes up, just at a much slower pace.The only thing I can nikpick/suggest to them, is to get the emblem placement templates. They will remove the emblems to do the wrap on a requested basis, but will not put it back on for me saying they lack the template to do it properly.

Jurgen and his guys did fantastic job on my E63s wagon. I chose to put Xpel ppf on my car to make the matte piant easier to be maintained. They use computer to pre cut whole kit which are much more precious. Also tinted all side windows with xpel xr blue 80, great products and fantastic job!

Trevor and the team made my GT500 look incredible. A full Xpel Stealth wrap and ceramic coating made the car look even better than the day it left the dealership.Thank you to Trevor, Jurgen and the rest of the Vancouver Clear Bra team for the exemplary work.
