We noticed there was an issue with our fire sprinkler system. We called Spectrum and scheduled a service. Chao came on time, investigated the issue, explained it to us in details and scheduled time to get the failed valve replaced. Chao is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We are very happy about the work, it is high quality with reasonable price. If you are looking for fire sprinkler related services I'd highly recommend them.

Chao and his team were amazing. I needed a sprinkler head retrofitted. Chao came out the same day and gave me a price with a couple of options and setup an appointment. His worker came did the assessment and explained everything including which option was the best before beginning.
