I went there for G1 test, I arrived at 6:30 and about 40 persons was infront me.Some of stuffs are friendly and some of them not.Be ready for G1 test because if you fail, for retaking the test, you should go to the line again. Also very busy location, if you can go early morning.

On a Monday, I arrived at 12:35. There were merely 5–10 people in front of me. My G1 written test took about 40 minutes to complete because the line moved quite swiftly and process was likewise rather quick and simple. Good but overworked staff members. My application was handled by Maxim, who was very courteous and professional. The only issue is that not all token numbers are displayed on the screen, so you have to look at them both there and on the counters. A positive experience overall.

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews here. I was reading them and I prepared myself for a disaster there. But it was not like that. I went there on Monday morning, it wasn’t so busy. It took about 45 minutes from the moment I walked in until taking the G1 test. The lady at the entrance door was so welcoming and helpful. Also, when they called my number everything went through very fast and routine. The lady at the exam hall was so serious but not rude as so many people say that. She was harsh on those people who didn’t obey the rules of the exam and I guess it should be like that. I got my G1 in less than an hour, and I’m satisfied with this driving test location. It is just noteworthy to mention that some people said some days it was busy in there, but for Monday morning it was great.Wish you all luck.

i got here around 1pm and got inside around 2pm the guy at the front giving out the tokens was very nice but the ladies that call your number were very impatient and rude. i did my G1 writing text and i needed to rewrite the road signs one and the lady inside was very rude and wouldn’t even listen to what i had to say she just kept telling me to come back tomorrow because they’re not doing rewrites today. so i have to come back tomorrow just to redo my road signals questions.

I came here on 2 days. The 1st day, I went for G1 test at around 4:30pm, it was busy. The lady at front desk was welcoming, but the one who did my registration was very rude. There were not a lot of people, but the process was slow and cut off. At the time I finished registration and payment, it was just 10 minutes left before closing, so I had to come back on the another day to take the test. It took me around 2,5 hrs.The 2nd day, I went at around 9am. I didn’t line up or get ticket, just entered the test room and told the staff I hadn't taken my test. It took me around 30 mins. I saw the line was much more busy than the last evening. Btw, a guy was caught cheating :)Overall, the experience wasn't too bad, but I rate 1 star for that time wasting, the rude woman who did my registration and the unprofessional manner of the test room, only after the guy was caught cheating, they started asking people to leave all of documents and phones underneath their chairs.

Today I went to this location for my son’s registration of drivers test. We were waiting outside for at least half hour in the sun then got a chance to wait indoor. Then we wait another 20 mins to get a number. Tons of people were full of whole waiting area, whatever people for registration or tests! All people were poorly mixed noisily. We were told we have to watch the screen while waiting for our number shows up ! So we took seats. There were two small monitors show’s different numbers except bigger screen! Actually you can’t see clearly numbers if you stay a little from the front due to small size of numbers! All numbers are rotating so hard to find routine to follow up!Suddenly we found our number was showed up on the screen then we went to window 9 based on the screen monitored. The employee even refused to accept my son’s application because she said she will accept next customer with number 156! My son’s number is 155. But both numbers were showed on the screen! How come to do like this? She hasn’t start to work for number 156 yet, so how can you say it’s too late to accept number 155! And both are waiting just in front of the window 9?The worst thing is not only this white lady employee instead of an Indian lady who looked like a leader or a manager. She said we were skipped because we did not show up when her employees called our number! So her decision is that we had to get another number and waiting again! When I toke the number the receptionist has already told us just watch the screen for our number showing! My son’s ticket number was still on the screen when the employee refused him! I said who can hear your voice while you were masking on your face behind glass wall while we were sitting in such crowded and noisy spaces?! At this time same thing happened on another young guy! Same window with same employee! He was also refused by skipping his number! You can see how poor services in this location for driving test! It’s not only us who can not hear your voice I think! Finally we gave up registering then left, even though we had spent almost one and half hour there! But we quit.I would like to share our experience with you :First of all, this is a location short of management with poor quality service , I seldom see a government department as poor as this location! I felt that they treated people as refugees! We came here simply easy just for registration a driver test! How come to have to spend another one more hour to wait on line again! This manager actually was not on purpose to service efficiently for our people instead of punishing us! She’s not qualified to serve as a governor! The worst experience since I moved to canada for more than 20 years! I hope some one can read my story to improve this department service! They need to do something to make better service for our people!

First of all, if you don't want to queue for more than 3 hours, please make sure to arrive before the door opens at 7:00. My personal experience is that I arrive at 06:50, and the completion of the formalities is 09:30, and the waiting time is about 3 hours.Second, parking; remember not to park the car in the two rows near the entrance, which are reserved parking spaces for the road test.Third, you will receive different numbers according to different types, and you must figure out what type of business you need to handle;Fourth, be sure not to miss your own number; sometimes the number displayed on the screen will exceed your own number. Don't worry, there may be special business that needs to be handled.

Of course it is terrible place. Some stuff are friendly. But I can’t imagine how personal could be friendly if they have to serve hundreds of people every day and many times visitors can’t speak English.1 star is for organization who does not want to open reasonable amount of test centers to serve the visitors without necessity to stay in a line 2 hours and more.Monday, 10am. I had a few people in a line. But still it took me 2 hours to get into the writing test room, and I spent 1h inside the test room, and only 15 minutes I spent for the test itself.
