My worst make up application. I was the bride and even mentioned it in my comments when I booked the appointment and I told the person who did my make up as well. Never trusting Sephora with my make up again. The person did not know what she was doing and you guys let her work. It was supposed to be an hour long appointment but it took her around 1h 40 minutes so I missed my hair appointment. The pictures I will have for my lifetime are ruined thank to this.

Fantastic culture of greeting, treating and people skills. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Which is definitely not easy in such a busy business. Always happy going again and again to the location!

Aynur was extremely polite and super helpful! She helped me find everything I was looking for and even recommended additional amazing products! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and amazing at colour matching and picking the right items to suit my skin tone. I’ve never had such an amazing experience at Sephora before!

Ken was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. It is because of employees like her that people choose to shop at other stores instead of Sephora.As a Rouge member, I usually scan my card from the app when making purchases. However, this time the cashier asked me to enter my phone number instead. While the app was still loading, I entered my phone number. After leaving the store, I noticed from the receipt that my points were showing as zero.I went back to the store to ask for assistance in changing it to the correct account. This time, a person named Ken was there to help me. She showed bias against me and treated me as if I were some kind of scammer. After entering my phone number again, it turned out that there were two accounts associated with the same phone number. Ken did not apologize for her rude behavior and instead accused me of being careless when a cashier asks me to confirm the account name. I explained that the cashier never asked me to confirm the account name, and the previous cashier also confirmed this. Despite this, Ken did not show any sort of apology for her previous remarks. All the other SEPHORA employees are friendly, unlike her.If she is part of the management team, I don't think I would like to continue being a customer of Sephora. This kind of employee pushes customers away, regardless of how friendly others are. Employees like Ken damage the image of Sephora and should be fired instead of being promoted to the management team.

I don’t often leave reviews, so this is a big deal for me. I went into Sephora in hopes of getting some guidance on certain products. A lovely lady named Desiree not only helped me with my search, but had such a meaningful and timely conversation with me. She truly made my experience one to remember and I won’t forget her. She was very warm and open. Keep your ears open for her name and seek her out if you need help.

Love their selection of products. Thanks to the wonderful and knowledgeable staff, I found some wonderful skincare that I continue to use. However, visiting the store today I was quite overwhelmed by the scents even though I was just in the store picking up an online order.

I've been to many Sephoras and I've never had an issue with customer service, they've all been decent or very good.I am from London and I came here to pick up an item that we didn't have in stock. I found the customer service here to be outstanding. They eagerly look for items for you, chat about their experience with products in an informal way, display excitement for you about you trying new products, and generally are very attentive in a way that feels authentic/friendly/low pressure/borderline celebratory. It was actually quite busy in the store too but they were still able to provide that kind of service. If you are in a situation where you're getting makeup done for a special life event, buying a whole kit as a first-timer, or refreshing your routine after illness/loss etc...I recommend you come here over any other Sephora in SWO.

Horrible customer experience coming from Nakita and another girl. They claim that they are part of the management team at the Waterloo location. Very rude and unprofessional. You need a better leadership to run the store and know how to treat customers with respect.

I would like to rate the customer service at this store at 5 stars only and only because of the best store beauty advisor Vy ! She is super knowledgeable and super helpful - I went there to buy something I saw online but didnt think if it would suit my skin or not but this lady got me there , she analyzed my complete skin type and needs and recommended the best products to achieve desired skin results ! Thank you Vy ! She definitely deserves to be a Beauty Manager :)

My overall experience was okay but not very great. I went for Holiday shopping with a list of 15 to 20 items on Dec 14. Unfortunately, I got only 1/3 rd items from my list. I totally understand that due to high demand in holiday season, products can be out of stock but then what’s the point of holiday season if you didn’t stock well to serve your customers during this busy time and almost every second product was out of stock. No doubt, the customer representative who served me, was really nice and helpful and gave me great suggestions for different products.Moreover, there were no enough samples to test which was unexpected thing. I usually shop online during holidays season but this time I thought window shopping would be a nice idea to save some delivery time. At checkout, I didn’t even get my free samples. The lady at checkout did not ask for anything, wasn’t really interested which was terrible experience for me. So, I ended up making online order on the same day which I got in another week.I would really request the high authorities to improve the service either its online or offline so that we people can enjoy holiday season and buy goods for friends and family without any trouble or extra long wait time.
