The North Galiano Fire Rescue | Welcome to the North Galiano Fire Rescue, we are a team of qualified and experienced volunteers that are on call 24/7 for any emergency. We have 14 core members that work directly within the fire department, 5 dispatchers and the Fire Protection Society's board of 8 members. Our members undergo training both here on the Galiano, Salt Spring and through the Justice Institute in Maple Ridge. We boast an extremely dedicated team and enjoy over a 95% attendance on each and every practice night.
