Absolutely the WORSE company I’ve ever had to deal with. Can’t even say I’ve dealt with them because they keep sending you from one person to the next so you can listen to several different people say, “that’s not my department”. Mean time someone is getting credit card in my name through them. I’d skip giving them 1 star if I could.

Worst place to work, no diversity, no professional ethics, people work here 12-15 hrs according to dictatorship/politics from senior management!!! Very poor senior management at Mississauga location, can't believe this type of management works in Canada! spoiling the entire citi brand name!!

The worse employer. Poor management, HR staff are quite weak. Lastly the most discriminatory place to work. They discriminate against any form of disability.

This is not a bank branch. This is the credit card call centre. There is no ATM and employees will not be able to help with your banking needs.

I am an ex Citi employee. Sad to see it going from a very good work place to sheer incompetent senior management that is not at all diverse and doesn’t value innovation, meritocracy. Citi Mississauga is not diverse, HR is pretty much invisible, senior management mostly supporting unhealthy work cultures from developing nations.
