We've used this limousine service a number of times and they, without doubt, provide a very professional and enjoyable service at competitive rates. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team to provide you with any limousine service you require.

What a night....First off, Tom and our driver Ron were amazing from getting everything set up to Ron putting up with us all night. Superior service and customer care. Thanks for a great night.

Driver was half hour late showing up from when we were supposed to depart. Driver had no idea where to go, even though I clearly laid out weeks in advance with Tom Mahood where pickup and drop off was. He had no GPS and was lost so my wife had to give him her phone on her data for the whole ride to london as he didn't know how to get to Budweiser gardens. Limo was filthy (gum in the cups, empty bottles laying around). Driver didn't know how to turn the a/c or radio on so we were absolutely ROASTING on the hour long drive. Driver was extremely unprofessional (possibly hungover or coming down from something) and when we asked for some form of discount for the terrible service he blamed his managers and told us there's nothing he could do we had to pay in full or find another ride home. Happy birthday to my wife! I should have listened to the bad reviews on here that sound on par with our experience. Did I mention the door didn't open? Our friends wife tried body checking it to open it but it was jammed. So we had to enter/exit into traffic downtown London.You will find better service from a 1990 Crown Vic taxi downtown Baghdad. Do NOT hire this company. 0/10

This limo experience was horrible. The driver was 30 minutes late, showed up in a yellow hummer, not the Lincoln we were promised, the driver got lost a few times (causing us to miss our last stop) and the air conditioning was broken on a 30 degree day. When we called the owner to complain and request compensation for the horrible and uncomfortable experience, he told us to take his first offer, or get out of the limo. Worst customer service. Definitely stay away!(Cross posting since the same owner/website has a few different Google businesses)

My Daughter celebrated her 10th birthday with her friends. I highly recommend Ontario Luxury Limosine services as Tom Mahood was very quick to reply to emails and phone calls and accommodated all of my requests, going beyond my expectations.Our limosine driver, Bobby prepared little princess crowns and had flavored water with clean champagne glasses.Professional, punctual and on budget .If you're in the market for a limosine service, Ontario Luxury Limosine services is the way to go.

We had booked a limo for our trip Jan 2022 and ended up having to cancel cause we had part of group back out due to covid.We were able to save our deposit to use next time. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to use our deposit on our next limo rental.Excellent communication, fast replies

Was absolutely disgusted with this service. Limo was supposed to pick me and my bridesmaids up at 1pm and take us to the church for my wedding at 2pm. Waited till about 1:10 with no show so we called The limo driver and he told us he had a rough start getting out of the lot and was on 59 and would be about 10min. 20 mins later still no limo. So we called him again and he proceeded to tell us he was about half hour away now and not sure how to get to us. He didn’t bother to call us and let us know or anything. Thankfully we had other vehicles we could take to the church but I was almost late for my own wedding thanks to this company. Definitely would NOT recommend this limo service. Also didn’t get back my $100 deposit for their Mistake.

We hired a limo to take us around for a bachelorette party and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. It was effortless from booking to the end of our day. Our driver was kind and always on time. I definitely recommend their services!

I would strongly encourage anyone not to use this service. I cannot speak to the efficacy of everyone involved. But, I booked an event through this provider thinking it was a limo service. Turns out it's a 3rd party company that subs out work to actual limousine companies.I dealt with a fellow named Tom Mahood. We agreed upon a limo bus with washroom for a set price with gratuity. I recieved a call from the driver of said bus roughly an hour before departing and was informed that we didn't have a limousine with a washroom. Which, wasn't the end of the world. A little embarassing considering I told 20 people that this was the case. But, the driver also didn't know how many people were attending, the address in which to pick us up, or the timeline we were utilizing this service. It would seem that Tom Mahood took our deposit and passed along as little information as possible.I did call Tom Mahood a week prior to this event just to confirm the details. He ignored my texts/emails/calls for about 3 days. I eventually got ahold of him to confirm and he assured me everything was good to go. When I found out that we weren't getting what was purchased, I tried to call Tom Mahood and he was unavailable.If you are booking a limousine service. Do your research. Ontario luxury limousine pays to have top ad space. If you wind up talking to a fellow named Tom Mahood.. cancel and start over. He over promises, over quotes, and is virtually non existent after he has your deposit.I feel terrible for our actual driver named Stan from, I believe Moon Limousine. As he informed us this wasn't even remotely the first incident that Tom Mahood over promised a party, and had to deal with the irate attendees upon arrival.Truly poor service, can't believe I've been swindled so blantantly. But, you live and you learn. If you call Ontario luxury limousine and happen to speak to Tom Mahood, make sure every detail is written in stone, as he will not be available to you after recieving your deposit. Tom Mahood, you're either awful or incompetent.
