Have always received great customer service at this clinic and my family doc Chavez-Johnson is amazing. Very kind, patient, takes patient concerns seriously and is quite thorough and meticulous in her approach. I always brag to others about how great she is!

I have been a patient of Dr Nair for 7 years and he has been amazing, very kind and professional. Staffs are very nice as well. 5 stars deserved!

Dr. Vineet Nair the 'Family Doctor' I visited for all my health concerns since I was recommended to him by my family members, whom I mistakenly trusted to give good advice and have my best interest in mind. However after over a decade and a half of ongoing serious health concerns which were all raised at several appointments to this 'Doctor' he never succesfully diagnosed me with anything nor did it appear he even cared or was attempting to treat or care for me. Never even gave me good advice, I learned more in 20 mins of browsing YouTube on how to clear my sinitus that he refused to help with. And also was IMMEDIATELY diagnosed with 3 SERIOUS life threatening traumatic disorders/diseases/illnesses at my first visit to a walk-in clinic recently. I will have irreversable lasting scaring health impacts because of this 'Doctors' refusal to treat me like he did some or maybe most of his other patients all because why? I can only speculate so I won't put that here but this Doctor won't help you, go seek help ANYWHERE else.

I want to give zero star. Worst family doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. I don't know how this office run business. My son was sick and receptionist promised that pediatrician will call to discuss more. We waited 3 days as hoping pediatrician will call. However, receptionist called & sent voice mail saying pediatrician can't see my son. Are you kidding me? There is no communication between Staffs and Doctors at all. Receptionist doesn't know what is the policy for referral to see pediatrician. Long story short, I would not recommend this office to anyone. You can find better Doctors in other places.

Dr Chavez-Johnston is an amazing listener and not one to push prescriptions!! In fact she’s willing to help you find alternative methods to get off your prescriptions!! There is always an appointment within a timely manner and you never wait long in the waiting room!!The receptionists are always polite, friendly and willing to get you in when possible!!And Peggy is just adorable!! She’s always smiling and really great with young kids!!

I've been a patient for a decade. This office has grown and changed and it stands to reason growing pains occur. Overall this office is run professionally and with patient care top of mind. We are a demanding society, and unrealistic expectations are becoming more common. I have only to say thank you for all the care I have received in over a decade. Everyone working at this office is dedicated to giving their very best each and every day. Healthcare is a partnership between your primary care physician and yourself. Take responsibility for your part because this office and the people who work there definitely do.
