Pringle Creek Co-op

Enjoyed living here when I was growing up, the place could use a little TLC and a few updates but it's nearly 38 years old and maintained well for its age. It definitely can be a great place to call home. with an amazing park, great schools, and neighbour's who are like family. They look out for each others kids and one another's well being. Units are great size also.. Rent is low compared to market rent which is great.

The property manager is not very understanding and 2 faced at times a frustrating place to live.

Lovely neighborhood with an elementary and a highschool right across the street. It is well maintained, clean, affordable and our handyman goes above and beyond to fix or help you with any home related issues.This place is a community above all else, filled with friendly people who are always ready to welcome you. We lost our cat once and we had a mini neighborhood search party out looking for her the next day. When she did finally show up, someone alerted us and about 5 people we had never talked to before helped us chase her down and bring her home.

Most of the replies are likely disgruntled tenants. This co-op is very clean, and the management is fair so long as you take good care of your property, and unit. Our unit is very nice, clean, and we have kept it well maintained. This co-op is safe, and the rent is VERY reasonable. For example, a 3 bedroom townhouse with a front and backyard is $1100 with water and cable paid for in 2020 - Can't beat that price. You also have the option to put an air conditioner in, as long as you're in good standing with the board, and are a responsible tenant. That's up to the board to decide.As far as 'upgrades' - It should be a given that you cannot renovate anything major in your unit, as you're only renting it. However, they're very good at replacing anything that's broken etc. You can paint your unit and update minor things in your unit. Ours looks great inside. A home is what YOU make it :)We are lucky and have good neighbours, however, you can't pick who you live beside, as with any rental or home - Luck of the draw, I guess.
