They won’t let you book an appointment unless you give them your credit cardridiculous!!or $25 deposit for a $69 service!!

The girls at the front desk are always so kind and accommodating when you want to get in last minute for a tan. They will professionally go over the minute recommendation, suggest lotions, offer you a towel, and will follow up with you when you’re done your tan to see how it went. It’s a 5 star from me.

All of the staff are super professional and attentive. It always feels great to come in.

Clean studio with friendly staff. I get my eyelashes done at Fabutan and love them! I would also recommend tanning or doing the red light bed at Fabutan.

I come here all the time... I work in the beauty industry and avidly promote the infrared bed (it's amazing if you have pain) however - even though they know me by name - the girl working Saturday in the north shore location refused to let me use the infrared bed because there was only 20 minutes left until closing. 4pm. If you stop serving people at 330 or 340 on weekends so you can be out and lock the doors by 4 then it should clearly state that. I drive 30 minutes out of my way everytime I go there and 30 minutes back because I like this location and I send all my customers here. But after today I won't be coming back. I hope that it was worth losing a customer so you could be out by 4pm and not a minute later.I had enough time to use the facility. But negotiating why she wouldn't let me, took enough time for it to not be worth it.

Great staff and best toecing in town, plus you can use you tanning time across any fabutan location, great for travellers!

friendly staff. but some tanning beds need upgrading. The lashes have to be done every 3 weeks which I believe is a cash grab because they dont even know when or how long you can go before refills. One of the staff members there is rude. The rest are great.

Fabutan rocks!! Anytime I come in they do the best they can to accommodate me. I have no issues making an appointment and they are so efficient at getting me in at my scheduled time. Della absolutely rocks at doing the eyelash extensions and all the girls are super friendly!! I would recommend Fabutan on the Northshore and in Aberdeen as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
