We hired Comfortzone to install a heat/cooling system in our new house in Colborne 5 years ago. The system they recommended was perfect for what we needed. Since installation, we have enjoyed consistent and comfortable heat, cooling and hot water. . We had one issue with the heating system 2 years ago, which they responded to quickly and fixed without hassle or charge.They have been very good to deal with and we would certainly use them again if we needed anything HVAC. We would have no problem giving them a strong recommendation to our friends.

Comfort Zone was amazing! My father’s Furnace broke down. Comfort Zone was called and they were out there right away. Collin, the comfort advisor took the time to talk to my father about his needs. Collin was extremely knowledgeable caring.The furnace was installed the next day. When the installers came, they were on time, professional and quick. After the installation the installers took the time to explained to my father how his new unit worked.If you need a company that will show up when you need them, some one who is honest and really cares about their customer’s, I highly recommend calling Comfort Zone.Thank again for taking such good care of my father.

Many years of difficulties. Pictures are worth 1,000 words. Sadly, that doesn't help with the approximately $5,000 in damages.I can only attest that having hired them to install an A/C unit, they replaced it 4 more times. The first one was too small and our house could not get below 78 degrees on a hot day, or 76 degrees otherwise, and even hotter upstairs. So the 1st one was too small. After years of lively debate they came to upgrade it (as per written guarantee that it would be big enough). The first replacement was incompatible. The second replacement was defective. The third replacement was defective. And the 4th replacement works. But they did not initially install any water pump, so it flooded the floor, causing black mold and ruining the flooring. They put in a water pump, but did not compensate for my loss at all.It was not pumping fast enough and they replaced it with a bigger water pump. It too was not pumping adequately, and we caught it after some flooding. They replaced it with the same model. It flooded again this past year. It ruined a second floor.I was working under my subfloor and found the REASON it was not pumping adequately. The drain hose was crimped by a staple, restricting about 95% of water flow.In addition, the hose they installed was stuck into the drain pipe but not secured or sealed. This resulted in SIGNIFICANT black waste water all over the subfloor, which has been coming out for YEARS! It covered about 60 square feed of black, rotten moldy sludge.I also had an issue in the bedroom with water damaged floors. Not relating this to Comfort Zone, I paid a contractor to remove all of the flooring and the drywall. He discovered a rusty colored water trail that led above the wall to the corner. He removed the insulation and there is a HOLE where Comfort Zone installed the A/C lines. He called me in, and I could literally see the vines outside the house from inside the bedroom. He used spray foam to seal the hole, and the spray foam come OUTSIDE through the hole. This absolutely proves there is a hole.Comfort Zone response, This is not an installation issue." "This is not our responsibility on any way what so ever"."

I contacted Comfort zone after discovering that my water heater had a leak. After calling Comfort Zone they fit me into their schedule within 1 day. From the first telephone call to the installation of a new water heater 100% professional in every way.Thank you.

I've been using Comfort Zone for annual maintenance for furnace and AC since I moved to Cobourg. They also replaced my hot water tank last fall. Service is great!

Our air conditioner broke and they were able to take care of all the leg work in dealing with the warranty part (we did not purchase the unit through them) Chris came to install the part earlier than expected, which was wonderful given we were experiencing a heat wave.
