Always a fantastic experience at this nail salon!I have had bad experiences in the past at other places, and was weary when I first decided to give Nails 5 Star a try... Wow did the exceed my expectations! I have since become a regular, and have had many fabulous sets done here. I often will come with inspiration photos and the artist is absolutely phenomenal.For my wedding back in May I had approached early on with a couple ideas and when he was uncertain he and I collaborated back and forth a he designed me a beautiful custom nail design for my big day that was exactly what I wanted.I will now sometimes walk in and just say they can do whatever they want with the design and have fun! I have never been disappointed.They shop is clean and tidy, they take great care in doing manis and pedis, they ask consistently through the experience of I like the length, like the colour, if I'm comfortable with the shape... Only rate them 5/5 because that's the highest I can! 6/5 at least, 10/5 in my opinion and recommend them whenever someone compliments my nails!Thank you for all the great sets so far, and the many to come!

This has been my go to place to get my nails done for a few years now. Service is always amazing. They make sure I’m satisfied before leaving.

i went in with my friend with a very detailed design in mind, not knowing what to expect, i walked out of there with the most beautiful nails, way better than i was expecting! this place is not only reasonably priced, it’s a salon with incredibly talented nail technicians.

I came in with nails that were not done well by another salon, very thick and not shaped well. The man there totally fixed them, they look so much better and he was able to do the design i wanted based on the photos I showed him. I got my nails re filled and a pedicure and it was $130 which is definitely more expensive then most salons I’ve been to, but they did a good job.

In my quest to find a good nail salon closer to home, I tried this salon out before Christmas. The quote they gave me was affordable and I was able to get in quickly, so after seeing the good reviews, my hopes were high. I wanted to love this place, truly. The price was right, staff was friendly and the commute was miniscule...but the quality of work I received was lacking. The first issue I noticed was the crooked nails during the initial filing, before she filled in my nails (I went for a fill). I mentioned this right away and was assured it'd be fixed at the final filing...no problem. The next issue I found was that she made no attempt to ensure my nails were of equal length. Most nail techs will compare each finger to make sure that they are all the same, but no such thing was done here. Also, after applying the acrylic, she did not set" it under the UV lamp

John is amazing best nail place uber ever been too. He takes his time and cares about his clients nails and wants to put his best nail art out!

So few staff for a weekend day. Only 1 tech doing pedicures. Nail techs doing half the work for 1 client then moving to another client and leaving the previous one to sit and wait for them to come back. I sat for 30 minutes after my pedicure waiting for someone to do the polish. First visit, last visit, will not recommend to anyone. If you don't have the staff, hire more. Don't overbook. We called and made an appointment for a reason, but clearly that doesn't matter. Felt like leaving halfway through because it was taking so long. If I could give zero stars, I would.Update: hour and 45 min, mostly just sitting there waiting. Also you said the polish was dry and I could go. It wasn't. Now they're smudged and ruined. What a waste of money. Terrible place.

They are not professional Because 5 people does one full set & that’s not good at all. The shape of my nails all uneven & bumpy.They also use cheap gel.They don’t listen to me at all also not maintain salon sanitization.They don’t clean their tools & don’t throw their buffer, file, also don’t massage after full set.The husband and wife keep barking at me they are not polite also charged high prices for nail designs.
