Worst customer experience you will receive in this branch. I would avoid dealing with this branch. No one respect the promises they give and no one will try to help you. This starts to look like a normal behavior for most of TD branches since their new policies are not to serve their customer but how to steal from them. It sad to see a bank that went from being one of the best, to a mediocre at best service. It's good that we have lots of options in Canada and the ones that are usually more professional are the online banks.

Employees are not trained. They dont know what to do and unfortunately no supervision. I went a few times there and every time I have to tell them how to deposit in a corporate account.That's why this place is always quiet.I'm not going back there anymore.

Agree with some other posts. Manager is ughhh. Not experienced with commercial small business accounts. Better off at another bank.

Funny thing is I was not able to wire money out of my own account even after showing an ID proof .They asked me to go my home branch in Toronto to do the transfer .

The lady so called Director is such b…She created a toxic environnement for the customers and the staff!! Poor people who work there!She is serving customers du to their cultural, religious and skin colors! Such a racist managers work there!TD should promot a Pan canadian values!And not let some close minded racist people manage the Branch!!!!

Tried booking an appointment with a broker online but their website was glitchy. Tried multiple times in a week but failed every-time. I walked into this branch to book an appointment Monday afternoon. To speak to someone behind the counter will take you 10mins+ with just 1 person in front of you. The overall atmosphere of the bank is way more relaxed than one would imagine for a bank.

I had to wait 15 mins for just a regular branch issue like depositing a cheque, I was the only one on the line, there was only 1 employee and he was chatting away with another costumer. This is by far the worst functioning td branch I've ever been on!
